Reminds me of when I FT'd the Daily Dollar and two players were going on and on about wanting to chop and there were still 7 players. As soon as I busted (QQ < AQ AIPF and he hit a straight) they started going on about how I should've chopped. So, I got to final table in a tourney with almost 8000 people in it and got mocked for my reward. And if I had punched those people in the face, *I* would've been arrested for some friggin reason....

As usual, the media wants to pick our leaders for us, which is why the GOP is going to do so well. The 'liberal media' isn't exactly promoting the Democratic agenda, while Fox News and talk radio are clearly promoting the GOP agenda. Because of this, the voters will forget why we got into this situation in the first place. It's kind of like suing the paramedics for not healing you fast enough after a mugger stabbed. PokerStars petition: More flexibility for our Step 5 tix
If a live tourney is under $4k (like every ANZPT ME), run step 5 SnGs that allow us to use our $670+30 tickets. Or if a live seat is $5k and under, have more $670+30 MTTs. That is all.

I played a $5+R satellite to get into a $100+9 satellite (after rebuying once), then used the $100+9 seat to play the $500+35 Million guarantee at the end of the month. I had so much RB that it paid for the original $10.50 that I spent in the first place.

they have those 600/1800 FTPs and 1st/top 3 get tokens $4.40 STT 1st gets a token, 2nd gets $10 $6.50 6m STT 1st token, 2nd $10 there are a few others...

It's a token frenzy. They play them on FTP, either $6+.50 or $1 and for every $26 in the prize pool, they hand out a $26 token.

An idea for the FTP token frenzy
Okay, FTP already does the $6.50 TF for $26 tokens and $14+1 TF for $75 tokens. They also have 1800 point SnGs which give out $26 tokens for the top 3 players. My proposal is this: How about a 1800 point TF with one $26 token for every 5400 points put in' Or something similar for $75 tokens' Thanks

Progressing from Turbo SnGs to mid/high stakes MTTs
Okay, I've been playing $6.50 and $16 turbo SnGs for the most part and have been reasonably successful at them. So I decided to use my profits to play Step SnGs (turbos, naturally) and turned a fairly small amount of profit into four Step 4 tix pretty quickly *brag*. Once I got to the $2M SM on 1/31, I had a tough time figuring out how to play and ended up losing most of my chips to over-aggressive play (mine, mostly). My question is this: Having gotten used to turbo SnGs, is there any recommended path moving towards MTTs, deep stacks or no' My bankroll management skills are good ...

instead of saving 64k FPPs for the 32' TV, save 36k FPPs and play a year's worth of turbo takedowns, where 5000 ALWAYS get paid whether they fill up at 25000 players or get 'only' about 17750 like last time. and the lowest prize is $77.

Then can I suggest increasing the number of $700 satellites that you can use Step 5 tix in' The Steps stucture is a good one...step 1 through can only be used to win higher tickets, step 4 can be used in any scheduled $200+16 MTT and step 6 can (well, must...) be used to win live seats. but the step 5 tix don't have nearly the flexibility that the step 4 tix have. even if the package is 'only' worth $2k, id be pretty happy to be able to take a shot at it with a step 5 ticket.

I normally play 6m SnGs because I'm a real man who likes to have sex with women, but occasionally I'll tuck it in and play a DoN if I have a BR or profit goal and want to make a couple easy buck to push my $ over the top. Good luck with your DoN grinding. God knows it beats working and/or learning how to adjust your game to be a real poker player.

Poker supporters should be thinking about the positive effects of conservatism on this issue because the government shouldn't tell us what we can and can't do with our money, as long as we're not harming anyone. If there's one thing our Governor knows how to do, its make money. This is the same guy who, as mayor of Philadelphia, rented Philly (a hardcore Dem and union town) to the GOP in 2000. And while the city council, led by corrupt future mayor John Street, was legislating to stop people from using skateboards as much as possible for no other reason than that Street just doesnt like them, Ed Rendell got us as host of the XGames for two straight years. Say what you want about the guy, but he could sell ice cream scoops to dolphins.

Is there anyplace besides sharkscope where you can check someone's SnG numbers' Unless someone's opted in, you cant check anyone's ROI on Stars, although you seem to be able to everywhere else.
