Should I cancel my pending cashout?
if i was in your situation i would cancel leave it in your poker account i think you have no chance of getting it while the u.s government has has all the payment processers in there sights and hopfully everything will get sorted out sooner or later and your money is still there in your poker account

would cheats harder to catch on stars and tilt
I just read some threads on the ub cheating scandal on 2p2 and just wonder how many stars and fulltilt employees or management are in position to cheat and if so would they be harder to detect as there is a bigger player base especially if they played mid buy in tournies. I am not saying this going on but would they be harder to catch
