the vision I have had is the creation of an I-city (internet city) that hovers 100 feet off the ground (kinda like international waters idea) that abides by no countries law. We all have an "street address" in the I-city and a numbered account to deposit and withdraw money from for "commerce type transactions "wink"

POKER players really should look at how powerful the horse racing lobbyist are. These people eventually get everything they push for. sometimes it takes years. Their goal is to control ALL of the action.
