Alot of 1/2 players will log 75-100k hands a month and 50k a month would be kinda standard for a 1/2 6m/FR player. Also the top regs would prob be puttin up like 5-10k months usually plus r/b so can easily make 60-70k in a year. I personally think cash players at these stakes are under-rated and i suggest alot of you tourney players to play some 1/2 6m or something and see how you fare over a biggish sample.

I think its a strong move in tournies as sometimes you just dont have the chips to reraise the donk bet. If you are deep you will have tough time donk-leading as you will get floated and reraised at will. With the right chip stacks is tough for the preflop raiser to do much esp if he can only shove or fold.

Im also 18 and have won a decent amount of money. I just enjoy it while im young havent put any away or anything just yet. I buy armarni shirts, watches, jeans, new PC new consoles been on holiday twice and planning a trip to tenerife in summer. Just tell him to enjoy it but also remind him that he may not even be a long term winner if he is a tourney layer as the variance is so sick.

I have met very few people that tilt as bad as me and as frequently as me seriously! I actually quit cash games about 3 months ago cause i would tilt so very badly and not quit. I moved up stakes a few times but mostly just open shoved full buyins for 10-15 minutes until i either lose 2 or 3 or win one. I normally tilt about once a week on average and have a huge blowup(open shoving every hand) about once every 3 weeks. I also have tilt games like raise/call any and shit like that. I now only play tournaments generally but getting back into HU cash but still find myself open shoving in all my ...
