Great moment. Everything you said QW. Seriously coulda been one of the greats if not all the arm issues. Kind of a nice ending with him making the last hitter he faced look as bad as he made the Astros look in 98. One of my all-time favorite Cubs. Also, it sounds like the organization promised him a position. He'd probably be a pretty good pitching coach. Few guys have been through more than he has physically and he's done it all all from starting to middle relief to set-up man to closer. Also kind of fitting the Cubs lose a close one today I guess.

Major rankings changes coming 8/1
Times change etc but I actually liked the old system. I quit voting after BF tho cuz I wasnt as familiar with many of the ranked players as I felt I should be. Maybe it needs to be tweaked or something, but I do feel like the pro poll or some other sort of input from peers is a good idea.

I used to dislike the Rounder63 cuz hed ALWAYS get it in bad against me and get there! But I think he got a ton better and after I chatted quite a bit with him, my dislike for him slowly faded.:) GL down there sir, pretty awesome start.

Tim Tebow era..?
Like most people, got pretty sick of all the Tebow talk pretty quick. For whatever reason, hes been surrounded by hype all the way back to when he was a freshman backing up Chris Leak. Despite this, I can't help but root for the guy now. Also have rather enjoyed watching him so far this year. probably because it's just so different from anything else we've seen in the NFL. I thought Denver wasted a 1st rounder when they took him. He just isn't an NFL passer. But, he seems like a genuinely good person and has a lot of good qualities. Who's the biggest MTT grinder?
The number of tables where your ability to play close to optimally differs for everyone. When I was playing 20-24 I knew I was constantly missing out on a lot of good spots. But ya, it is really tough to decide which tournies to cut out of a schedule. 16-18 was pretty easy for me, but 12ish is probably what I should be playing. Keep in mind I play fairly tight as far as the average reg goes. Really sucks to talk about this in the past tense:( Hopefully it gets straightened out in 2012.
