Buying a house with a non-permitted Remodel
Not to hijack this thread but the best (most ironic) thing about a fishing permit is that you pay for something you might never utilize. Its called fishing not catching. You can theoretically go all year without landing one fish yet you still payed for the permit.

Just my observation from seeing the fight live.. Bisping looked like a much better technical fighter. Much more in control of his punches and kicks. That being said I think he lost the fight and wasnt as active as Sonnen. Those of you saying you promote the brand and not the individual are completely wrong. The brand doesnt work without individuals and thats just a fact. The UFCs most noticeable guy right now is not a fighter but instead its Dana White. That is an issue. The casual fan (myself) doesnt pay money to see Dana White sitting ring side. All major sports promote their brand ...

I am a casual fan to the UFC, but when I heard they were coming to Chicago I decided I wanted to check it out live. I would have to say overall i was more disappointed than thrilled with my experience. The fights they decided to put on fox were boring and even the fans began to boo throughout the stadium. Bisping vs Sonnel was the only fight that was ok to watch. There is a lot of areas the UFC can improve on with their live production. I was def expecting a lot more entertainment and I think the UFC needs to address some things or they will soon turn off fans. IMO they need to stop pushing ...

On September 14th 2001 the United States Congress approved Operation Enduring Freedom against Afghanistan and AL QAEDA. This pos was a known member of AL QAEDA ( this is a fact and not disputable). Tuesday stock talk/more bailouts?
The fed keeping rates low has done little to nothing to stimulate the economy (in the long run these low rates will have to go up), oil prices will rise again, and any "surprises" will only cause a short term spike. Again my statement / question was long term not short term. We have had weeks of positive data, eps estimates being eclipsed, etc... however we are still spinning our wheels since 08. My question is directed towards someone who takes a long term bull view of the market and questions why they have that stance.

And what indicators are telling investors that we are not headed back into a recession' I'm not saying you cant make money in this market taking advantage of the swings. My statement was more of a long term view of this market in general. I am just amazed at the large amount of peoples bullish stance that imo is based on "hope" and nothing concrete.

I almost knocked myself out with face palms reading through this thread. Blaming the government for any of full tilts problems is fucking hilarious. When the government makes it increasingly difficult to operate your business and you decide to steal your customers money, that is your choice. The government sucks but that is not the issue and your comparing apples to oranges grouping the DOJ and FTP together. Seasonal allergies
My eyes get nasty itchy around this time and then again in spring. I usually will get at least one sinus infection as a result of this bullshit. For the itchy eyes the best thing I have found is Visine Allergy. I have tried some of the other drops such as alaway but, Visine A works best for me.

Awesome video. Williams pretty much sums up exactly how I feel as an American. Unfortunately our government has no intention of securing the border and we continue to lose pride in our country. HUGE trade for both sides. I think this move is more indicative of a chemistry issue in San Jose than anything else. If your going player for player Havlat and Heatley, Heatley is the better player imo. He puts up more points and can stay healthy. That being said I would expect to see a big year from Havlat (IF he can stay healthy). He will be playing with much better talent around him similar to his years in Chicago. Heatley has been trending down since his days in Ottawa and I would expect that to continue in Minnesota.

Power outage in Chicagoland
Def didnt think the storm was that bad based on how it was here in Chicago. Then I went to Glenview this afternoon and saw the damage. It literally looked like a tornado ripped through everything. Half the street lights were still out and giant tree limbs were everywhere. My cousins power was out in Rosemont and not expected to be back on until late Thursday, however they were able to restore it around 9pm tonight. Hopefully ComEd can get everyone back on soon.
