Excel formula help (NSFW)
You should concatenate both columns on both sheets and then do a Vlookup from you source sheet. In other words Column A = Henry and B= 50 - concatenate to equal Henry50. Do the same thing on your other tab. Do your vlookup based on the concatenated column and bring back the value in column C.

Tax Refund - What are you paying / receiving
Wife and I got back $2K. This is mainly driven by the large amount of RRSP's we invest in each year. I am taxed to death here in Canada. We spent half of that yesterday on hardwood flooring and ceramic for the bedroom and ensuite. Cannot wait till the day we just blow it all on watches and handguns!

Hey LS, I commented without reading the article or reading other posts. My original feeling was that Wade was being greedy. BBall players are paid a huge amount of money to play a game. It is frustrating to see these guys always looking for more money. I do, however, agree that it isn't fair that someone is making a shit ton of money off of them. Maybe they deserve a cut of the pie, but if I was a rich bball player with millions in the bank, I would likely fight to ensure those other talented athletes not as lucky as me to be paid a stupid amount of money, were getting their fair share. How far is your commute?
I live about a 1 minute drive from work, but I normally take my son to the sitter which is a 10 min drive from the house. So i am actually on the road for 20-25 min in the AM. Not bad. Some days I walk to work and it is about a 10 minute walk.

Mad Men Season 5
This. A friend of my suggested I watch this show. I downloaded season 1 and couldn't stop watching it. I love to watch an entire season rather than waiting each week to catch the show. I love this show. Mad Men and Homeland are the two best shows on TV.

What' Don't listen to these guys OP. If you didn't have a drink schedule back in the day, you were a fag. Drink Schedules make perfect sense. You wouldn't want to do anything unplanned and "off the cuff". Plan everything well ahead of time. Three weeks may not have been early enough though. You really need to take this shit serious OP. Start planning at LEAST 4 weeks out. Longest time between dumps? Continuously obv
Once I had surgery in my lower back area and was laid up for close to 2 wks in the hospital. I had to remain flat on my back for the 1st week and didnt shit the entire time. I had too, but just couldn't bring myself to shit in a bed pan with people in the room. Towards the end of it I was in severe pain and my stomach made some really odd noises. Normally though, I shit once or twice a day depending on what I eat.

Towman could really use some good vibes his way
I don't know Towman and I am not really an active poster on here, but I remember posting in a thread and minutes later I get a PM from Towman to tell me "No offence intended" regarding a comment he made to me in a thread. Something about LOL canada or whatever. Regardless, for him to take the time and be concerned about my feelings is a testament to his character irl in my opinion. Towman, you can beat this.
