I emailed UB cashier and recieved an email back within 30 minutes explaining there 90 day policy but as a good faith to their custumer satisfaction policy i was returned half of my bonus dollars. it is certainly is better then nothing so i would encourage everyone to email support/cashier and ask for the return of their bonus dollars.

Same here mine are missing.. I sent UB an email will let you know how it turns out if possible. atleast they could have given us some notice

Susie thanks again for the update and i agree there are alot of us UB players that enjoy the site and are aware of what has happened in the past and believe the issues have been fixed for those of you not interested just move on to another thead. On another note i wonder how this will change the size of the MTT fields'.. I will say that i am excited for Ub players and my friends who play there.

I am a longtime UB player and dont defend what they are accused of but checks have never been a problem with the site i requested a check two weeks ago and received it 4 days later and then received a follow up call from customer support a week later making sure i had received the check.

The reason i was kinda interested in it was that it had returned to the US players and that they are / going to have a 65 dollar plus an add on 175,000 sunday guarentee which seems like great value to me .. figured the play was soft but if money is hard to get off it certainly changes my thinking.

I hate the new tounament schedule... i do love the guarentee's but where are the 10+1 and the 5.50's before 11pm ''.. hate all the sateys. i was playing about 15 tournaments a week and now maybe play 4 or 5. the upside is that i moved to the cash games on UB and have been enjoying that.. I do love UB just wish there where more options other then 750 people fields.. maybe they shoud add a 200 max field without a guarentee 10+1..
