Hand Terminology in Books I am currently reading Winning Poker Tournaments One Hand At A Time (a great book) and have come across a term I am not familiar with. Apestyles uses the '+' symbol a lot (i.e. 8,8+ or K,Qs+). What does that + mean' My first guess is 8,8+ means pocket 8s or better (9,9; T,T; J,J; etc). Is that correct' If so, what does K,Qs+ mean' Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Posted in: Poker Discussion |
