@ Whoever mentioned needing IP addresses from the tournaments in question.... It's so easy to mask your IP address... plus it's not uncommon for people to share a single internet connection through a router (they'll have the same IP). It can be determined what operating system a user is using, but that information can be masked as well. Going by a user's account records on stars or other poker sites is a lot more reliable.
