Re(3): Absolute Poker's Official Statement do you guys have any idea just how powerful the rake revenue model is by itself especially on a site doing the volume they are' You start a poker site for these very reasons versus a book or casino. YOu dont' care who wins or loses..your revenue as a poker site isn't contingent upon either and ideally you'd want your players to win just enough to keep playing more hands but not enough to ever really cash out and take money off the site. Re(1): Absolute Poker's Official Statement is anyone really surprised that after almost a decade of online poker that something like this happened, nor the way it happened' A business this size both in terms of employees and global offices is highly susceptible to something like this. Better it be internal, something they can stop and now control versus this being from an external hacker. Let's not let a few bad eggs ruin this poker site’s reputation.
