I haven't been taking the game serious for a while now and really haven't put in the work but if I did I know that I could make plenty of money again. I'm going back to school in the fall and am kind of burnt out of the game. Its more or less just a principle thing where I want her to be more open minded about so if I were to go back to playing full time it wouldn't be an issue.

Obv did this already. Another point to her argument is "sitting in front of a computer screen all day is not real work" where I replied how is that any different then people working in offices on computers all day or an accountant going over numbers all day everyday in a chair. The thing is the girl is really smart (graduating from UGA with a 3.5) and is extremely independent. Its almost like she just won't accept it because its not the norm. Its just tilting because this chick is cool as fuck. Is this a situation I can't win at and just need to let go'

I recently started talking to a girl and she is really old school. She thinks that poker is just a silly card game and doesn't involve skill and considers it just like BJ or Craps. Also, she thinks just about anybody can play and win at it consistently. I tried explaining to her how hard of a game it really is and how intelligent and hard working you have to be to be a great poker player but she just won't change her mind on it. Are there any good articles out there that give an idea of how hard it is to make it in poker and explains the game in depth but is also easy for her to understand.

Also, there is a huge difference and passing the ball "efficiently" and airing it out the entire game. Alex Smith has been extremely efficient this year with one of the highest passing ratings in the game. Really hard to blame Alex for that IMO. No one put the blame on Cutler at the beginning of the season when he literally couldn't get a throw off and was getting hit or sacked on every drop back. And on the contrary how many times did he extend the play to make something happen when he was almost sacked/pressured.

If your QB cant throw for 350 yards a game they aren't considered a good team in todays age. Pretty funny stuff. Niners are a really good solid team but are by no means great. Also, they do the little things extremely well which is also overlooked entirely. Buttttt those people have no concept of football.

What I'm trying to say is that JMM was destroyed by Mayweather and if Pac loses to JMM in their third fight Pac's stock falls and JMM rises (alot) with him being the belt holder. The Mayweather/Pac fight wouldn't even be for a belt unless Pac retains the title. My point being, how can they say this would be the fight of the ages after Pac just got handled and lost his belt to an old JMM that Mayweather destroyed with nothing on the line but an undefeated record (which means nothing IMO) and a ton of money. IMO, Boxing needs Pac to continue to be the greatest in the game to keep this ...

I apologize your right he destroyed JMM. It was the first Jose Castillo fight that was extremely controversial. But that is another reason why Pac MUST win this fight for boxing. Yes I watched the entire fight and saw Marquez fight a PERFECT fight while Pac wasn't in top form. If JMM can have a 6-10 1st round in the first fight and come back and make a draw out of it (which was still controversial). And lose by one point from the KD in the 3rd from the 2nd fight (also controversial although I agree Pac won both of those fights). HTF can JMM lose this fight with one score card reading 116-112'!'!
