borgata > taj > the field is how i see it. definitely a solid place to play. i honestly wont play any daily tournaments outside of the taj or borgata simply because the structures look so shitty. with 20 min blinds theres obviously gonna be some spewaments going on but taj is definitely worth going to if you cant afford the 3x buyins the borgata offers. the 4pm tournament is a satelite only, i think 1 in 10 receives 10x the buyin, the other times should be schedule tourney events. edit- in terms of the actual poker, the play is obviously going to be soft for the most part. most players ...

Fighting a Speeding Ticket W/Out Lawyer (West Virginia)
Conveniently I prescheduled two weeks of vacation starting today through may 8th. the court date is may 4th so hardly an inconvenience to go out there and fight it on a day I already had off. The only weird thing is the court time is 7pm, never seen that before in my life. Just means I'll probably head out to Charles Town earlier in the day to play some poker until its court time. Hopefully I can win some money at the table to cover any fines, or I'll run so bad at the tables so that I'll due for a complete break at the courtroom. Win-Win! Fighting a Speeding Ticket W/Out Lawyer (West Virginia)
got a ticket for 62 in a 45 on my way back to maryland from charles town, wv. This is 5 points for WVU so obviously going to fight it and hopefully get it dropped to a lesser charge or maybe just dropped altogether. Looking for advice from people who have successfully gotten tickets dropped/lowered without using a lawyer. The cop told me he'd help me get it lowered and said to call the court during the week and tell them my intention to fight it bla bla bla but this sounds like a trap to me and would simply let the court arrange for the police officer to show up so I'm not doing that unless ...

Pokerstars download issues
Anyone else having problems downloading stars' Basically the download starts for one second then immediately stops, a friend of mine is having the same issue. Tried both hittin run and tryin to save the file and neither one worked. Anyone else encounter this problem and find a solution'

Poker Room - Hollywood Casino @ Charles' Town West Virginia
Anyone ever been to the poker room there' I'm on vacation this week so planning on making the trip out there from DC tomorrow. I know there's no tournaments so its just gonna be cash games but they just recently made the poker room open 24 hours a day so I assume things are going well out there.

ive never known/done the cops thing. i flash mine if they have their high beams on, thats it. i really cant recall a time where i passed a cop at night other than on the interstate, but obviously cant flash lights in that situation, plus the entire road slows down 10mph so by the time youre wondering wtf these morons are you doing you already see the cop and are going slow enough.

probably the d-league because of depth. if you take a superstar college team with 4 nba draft picks, then those college 4 players are most likely gonna be better than everyone on the Dleague team, but everyone else on that college team is gonna be worse than every single player on the Dleague team (or maybe equal if any of them have dleague potential).
