dhubermex - David Huber

After watching Rounders and Chris Moneymaker's improbable run in the 2003 WSOP Main Event on television, David Huber deposited $50 on Party Poker in August 2004. Eight months and many deposits later, "dhubermex" decided to focus more on improving his game and was immediately successful at low-to-mid stakes Sit & Go tournaments on major sites -- playing up to 16 tables at a time on a consistent basis. He became a winning mid-stakes Multi Table Tournament player in 2007 before signing on as an administrative staff member for PocketFives in January '08.

Since April '06, David has coordinated and hosted the PocketFives Podcast, a weekly 30-minute show that features interviews with online poker superstars and industry representatives. He currently serves as PocketFives Editor in Chief, and writes the weekly Tournament Review and Rankings Update front page artcles.
