I am a mortgage broker in CA. I can say with absolute certainty that you should go with an FHA loan. Use your tax returns to qualify and you only "have" to put 3% down. You could put any amount you like but you have to put 3%. Cash is king right now so keep the extra $$ in the bank and use the 97% LTV FHA loan. Feel free to PM if you have more questions. Also rates right now are the lowest they have ever been on FHA loans -- around 5% or so

His point wasn't about tourney's!. He was just giving some context with the bad beats. Read it again. I believe that this really can and does happen. Everyone used to say that no one can see holecards but that happened as well. Remember AP' Todd is a stand up honest guy and to claim he is wearing a tinfoil hat is just stupid and immature. We all go through variance and he knows that but what he is suggesting in the cash tables isn't variance. When a respected member of tha poker community makes a claim like this it should be taken more seriously.

The above post (SCTROJANS) is so unbelievably arrogant it NEEDS it own page. I see a huge double standard with the "top" online pros on this board. First, I am by no means a pro or even a high level donk. I play for fun and for a little spare $$. Mostly I play live. The problem as I see it is that when a low level unknown on this board criticizes or asks a well known top player to explain a play, they are told to go away since they don't have the "skills or track record" of that name pro.
