Re(1): In yalls opinions, is this or should it be against pokerstars chat rules...tourney rule issue
That's a terrible thing to say during a hand in most circumstances. Like iof a player is all in and you are telling a 3rd player to check it down. But in this case you are heads up trying to discourage the second player from calling.

Re(1): can a girl make u play bad? help
Take it from a woman who is plays poker. If your girlfriend does not embrace poker and support you in it, lose the GF. You will never come to a compromise that will satisfy both of you without feeling that you compromised part of your life that is important. Unless she is "the one" and you are willing to give up poker for her, kick her to the street.

Re(5): calling all late night railers
I think the laydown was ok, but I would have liked to see you raise coming in, or come over the top of him. The way you played the hand you have absolutely no idea where you are out. Weak, very weak.

Re(1): Top Wsop's Exec Response To Ban
Yes, I have read this by Nolan Dalla, it was just a revision of something he posted a few days ago. Remember he is only speaking for himself (not Stars, not WSOP), so what he says, while noteworthy, is not necessarily written in stone. Nolan is known to over react I understand. I really don't believe much more will happen for 270 day. Maybe I'm being an optimist just to counter Dalla's overly pessemistic view.

Re(2): Ari is back?!?!?!
Why do you guys care so much about rankings and who is the "best'" Why don't you just strive to learn as much as you can from those you consider to be great, and to be the best you can. Way too much testosterone in this place.

Sdouble
This guy has a decent record, but all he has won has been in NLHE tourneys. He is at my table in the HORSE. I really don't think the has a clue about 08 starting hands. Has played almost every hand thus far no matter if raised. Wonder how he will do at Razz. No this is not sour grapes PokerStars Game #6491159709: Tournament #32010826, $200+$15 HORSE (Omaha Hi/Lo Limit) - Level II (20/40) - 2006/10/01 - 19:50:21 (ET) Table '32010826 15' 8-max Seat #6 is the button Seat 1: thumbers (3085 in chips) Seat 2: Empire2000 (2992 in chips) Seat 3: Sdouble (2805 in chips) Seat 4: jippo79 (3485 in ...

Re(2): The $5,500 Backing Challenge
I like the idea and your terms sound fair. I think some of the youngins here have never heard of any ither game than NLHE. It would nice to play O8 and Stud 8 or Razz (my favorites) or PLO or Stud. Since we only have to play X number out of a total of X number, can you include some other tourneys' Even if you don't I would participate, but I think it would bring out your most well-rounded players.

Re(4): The $5,500 Backing Challenge
NOT EVERYONE PLAYS REGULARLY ON STARS I am playng on Stars a lot now, but haven't hardly played there over the past 3 years. I don't play on Party or Full Tilt or UB. I play mostly on Absolute and am on the yearly tournament leaderboard top 150 or so. If you looked for me on the Poker DB you would see a total of 10 cashes. I probably have over 100 cashes this past year.

Re(3): VOTE: I Won a ticket to WCOOP#15 - What to do with it??
The second half I have no idea about since Im way past college and I'm not a guy. I'm a low limit player, I play a lot of tourneys but usually on Absolute, not Stars as I like a smaller field. I do well enough over there. Someone staked me in the $210 buy in Horse, and I cashed 4th for over $22,000. So you never know what can happen. Take a shot.
