Re:Weekend long Double or Nothing Competition Still hoping to get a few more in on this, also willing to do a head to head bet with people playing different levels, with a handicap for the higher level to help judge total profit fairly. Re:Weekend long Double or Nothing Competition Looks like the bet for this weekend is only at the 20s. If you want to stay at the 50s I'd possibly be interested in just a head to head bet with a weighted system we could agree on. Let me know. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:SnG Multi-tablers, what helpful programs do you use when multi-tabling? The HUD, I'm not sure how you can play 10+ tables without a HUD, especially if you stack like I do. Def gives you a much better idea of who is loose/tight etc etc among other things. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:How hard is it too make $100 a day playing sngs??? It would be nearly impossible at the $3 level, especially if you are playing only 6 tables at a time. If your computer screen is large enough you should be able to tile 9 tables, with some overlap but enough to pay attention to. If you like 18 mans lets say you hold an roi of 15% in the 6.50 18 mans. Load games continuously and that will give you like 22 games per hour as opposed to ~14/hr playing in sets. Say you play 8 hours a day: (8 hours)(22 games/hr)($6.50/game)(.15 roi) = ~$170/day. So at the 6.50s you can see its pretty realistic to average 100/day over a large enough sample but you ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:Some advice from SNG Players would be appreciated. Biggest advice is get sngwiz. Nash is the correct plays based on your opponents playing correctly which rarely tends to happen. Wiz is only 3 buyins for you, and is pretty essential imo. 1000% easier to review HHs and more effective. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:6.25 Turbos Stars Players are bad, if youre a competent sng player you could honestly start these with a 200 BR. If youre a BR nit 350-400 should be fine, 50 BIs should not be a problem for these. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:Low Limit sng advice.... 1st hand is close, you only have 8.5BBs and were at the bubble so I think you can shove this pretty profitably. 2nd hand I am calling, I will call KK+, maybe QQ depending on table reads and folding JJ/AK. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:Another probably simple SNG spot - micro You need to raise pre, seeing a flop 4 handed here is what got you into trouble. If you raise pre and narrow it down to HU or maybe even with 3 to flop you can be willing to stack off with TPTK here especially because its a micro. You should be raising to ~160 maybe 200 here pre. After BB raises and others call the pot is ~17% of your stack, you can make an argument for shoving, I would probably raise to 350-400 and call a shove from a single person. Flop you're line is decent, I think if you are planning on c/r you should just shove over the other two. As played I probably sigh and call, ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |
