problem with carbon
i have an account that i made on carbon about a year ago, never deposited but i played a little early in the year when my friend transfered me some money, it had been about 8 months since i had logged but recently i tried to log in and it said my account was closed, so i emailed them and they told me that the reason they closed my account was due to my connection to chargeback and that my account will not be reopened. anyone have any idea what the hell this means, it seems like whenever a poker account gets closed they never give you any details...

i use firepay until what had happened recently with the bill, so i tried opening up a neteller account and they couldnt verify my ss number, and my account was shutdown within minutes, any have the same problem' seems weird to me :/
