Why can't I find heads up SnGs on FTP?
Am I an idiot' I feel like I've cleared all my prefs and rejigged them a million times and I can't find any NLHE Turbo Heads Up SnGs (I see a punch of 8-man SnGs and higher limit stuff but otherwise I'm getting nothing) Thank you for your help, -A Possibly Stupid Man

Has anyone successfully transitioned from live to online cash?
Some great responses here, guys. Thanks a lot. Lot of good advice in this thread and, for someone like me who doesn't have any real poker playing friends, being able to access this community and get this feedback is huge.

I agree with you guys. Live is easier, no doubt. Let's talk about the specific leak I've identified for myself - I'm more prone to just mashing the call button online. Has anyone else had this same problem and gotten around it somehow'

I know this is primarily a tournaments site, but I was wondering if anyone that was once a live cash game player and found similar success online could share how they overcame some of the obstacles in the transition. I do well in live cash but my biggest problem online is I seem to just call off huge amounts really light - I just can't stop mashing the call button. Put me in the same hand live when I actually see the number of chips its costing me and such and the laydown is so obvious. Dear Full Tilt: Fix your software
This is the second update for my Mac client of FTP that I've downloaded in two days and it's only getting worse. Now, when multitabling, instead of FTP bringing up a random table rather than the one requiring action - a long running problem - it just doesn't pop up tables at all. No notifications whatsoever unless you turn on the sound alerts, which is freaking annoying when multitabling.

FTP Software Problem - Is this just a Mac issue?
Experiencing a frustrating problem with my Full Tilt Poker software and am wondering if this is just a problem with the Mac client and if anyone else has experienced this. When I am playing multiple tables and leave FTP to check a web site or something, a FTP window pops up when action is on me. This is good, I want this - the problem is that the window that pops up isn't necessarily the one that requires my action. It just picks a random table to show. So, it's more like an alert - letting me know I have to return to FTP and find the table that needs my attention. It's better than ...

Based on the remaining players, how will the Nov 9 broadcast do?
Last year we were all calling for the failure of the delayed final table, but with Phil Ivey making his run I think we all enjoyed the months of hype and definitely tuned in to watch the November 9 table. With no household names in the remaining field, is this WSOP Final Table broadcast going to bomb ratings wise' Or do casual fans not have enough impact on the ratings anyway and it's going to be the same poker enthusiasts tuning in regardless of who's playing'

Do cash grinders prefer Rush poker?
I've really been enjoying cash game play lately - both live and online. Rush poker has been a lot of fun and is never boring (boredom is always the biggest threat to my game) so I've been loving it but the swings and beats obviously come more fast and furious. I guess what I wanted to ask was if the professional online cash grinders who played full ring before Rush came out have made the switch over or if they don't see Rush as being as profitable as multi-tabling regular cash games.

Hey man, no word on Europe. Right now the distribution company only has the North American rights. I still have to offer them the ability to pursue foreign distribution through a third party OR ask my sales agent to find a foreign distributor on our own. However, I am at the airport on my way to Europe now. Oxford, Amsterdam, Madrid, Barcelona. So if you're anywhere around there I could act out the movie for you. I will need the following props: denim overalls, wooden leg, and a pig (lived or stuffed).

All of you guys who showed such overwhelming support for my little indie film may have been wondering why NETFLIX hasn't sent you it yet or just what the H is going on. Long story short, things got delayed when the International Olympic Committee yelled at us for using a parody of the Olympic rings on the DVD box and that had to be redone etc. Anyway, I'm happy to tell you that the movie is now available for purchase. As for NETFLIX, they say that there is not enough demand for it yet - so if you'd like to share the NETFLIX link with friends and have them add it to their queue ...

Honestly can't get over the support on here. Of all the different forums I visit throughout the day to chat about the movie - facebook, twitter, youtube, etc - this is by far my favorite and has had the most interaction. So cool. NETFLIX must be scratching their heads how this direct-to-dvd release is getting so many requests.

Wooo thanks boys! I'm in Canada so I have no idea how the Netflix stuff really works in terms of adding it to your que etc. All I know is that more adds on Netflix = potential for more sales by the studio. See you guys on Facebook as well.

You guys are just awesome. Simply awesome! To answer the question about music, most of the music you'll hear in the film was made just for us by Jacob Tilove (/) who is a NYC bluegrass icon. Existing tracks from his band The Lonesome Trio (featuring Ed Helms of The Hangover and The Office fame) were used in the film as well.
