This is the easiest prop bet ever. Make sure to drink alot of water before the test and use your mid stream piss, not the beginning or end. I just quit for 9 days for a probation test and im about 12% body fat and wasnt even doing much cardio. And I smoke many blunts a day.

Not speaking down, but i've never heard of school and local taxes, might be different where you're at. I'm just saying I wouldn't worry about the government collecting their property taxes on every property. If the bank etc can't pay other investors step in, pay the taxes and take over the property.

I disagree for certain people. I got a degree from a top 20 school and have never used it in the five+ years I've had it. Smoked away most everything I've learned as well, but it was fun. I would go for the experience of it over the educational part.

Just admit already that you are wrong on fedor... every single person in this thread besides you has him at #1 or #2. I cut weight every spring and bulk throughout fall and winter. I'm not talking about water weight, the majority of it is fat. Fedor walks around at about 230 with ~20% bodyfat. If he wanted to, he could properly cut off atleast 10% of that, or 23 lbs, and be walking around at 205 which is lhw. The 185 is a stretch, but if he cut water after this he'd easily be just as strong as he is now at around 190-195. Hopefully, he will fight arlovski or couture soon and shut ...

Just stfu already and put fedor as #1... sure we all want to see him fight more, it's frustrating but I think he will more this year. The guy is not even a heavy weight, he is a lhw but fights hw because it has the best competition. He could easily cut to 185 and destroy everyone there, but the fact is he eats cheeseburgers, drinks vodka, and still destroys everyone. LOL at the technique thing. Fedor is the #1 sambo fighter in the world. Faber shouldn't even be top 5. There shouldn't even be a 145 lb class, 155 is already light enough and what 155ers has he beat'

Ya, I plan to get more serious next year, play big tournies etc.... I just thought with only being able to drive 320 avg I might be too short to even worry about ever playing pro. I feel that I can improve alot of things but distance won't change.

How long ago did you switch him from fade to draw' I would hope he hits both easily. How far does he usually drive' I'm averaging 320 or so but my short game needs more work, hopefully I can get on the Q school level in a yr or 2.
