You can remember it however you want Futon, but Marc1313's got it right. I didn't feel slighted about being doubted compared to other top team's last year, but our ranking below the Chargers until after week 16 was a joke. I was surprised they weren't ranked ahead of us in the playoff rankings. Of course being the homer I am, I took the bait whenever folks offered their lame rational for the Chargers > Chiefs rankings last year. I may have come across a little over zealous in my Chiefs fandom, but unlike most, I did put my $ where my mouth was & scored an extra $500 because of it.

*** Official Week 8 NFL Power Rankings
LOL at people calling out Chiefs fans for last year. Never cracked the top ten, even after winning the AFC West. Had the #1 rushing team in the NFL, nah dude those ranking were totally legit last year. Remember the strength of schedule argument is invalid because as I recall the whole AFC West played the NFC West, not just the Chiefs. The other division teams didn't win the games they needed to win, but were consistently ranked higher = does not compute.

I think liberals tend to way over estimate the number of anti-black racists in the US. They def over estimate their influence in the Republican Party. I find it an offensive notion that many libs think Repub=racist, but people often project the things they hate most about themselves onto their adversaries.

Speaking for myself, I would never vote for Romney because he's a phony conservative. He's only a conservative when he finds it politically expedient. He was a leftist/moderate when he was Governor of Mass. I don't trust him and can't buy into him at all. If either Perry or Romney get the GOP nod, I'm def writing in a candidate this election.

Didn't they do the same thing with Tea Party folks being likely domestic terrorists' I think this kind of thing just goes with the FBI culture. As a law enforcement agency, there're not around to study how sensitive and well meaning most of the populous is. They need to be concerned with identifying potential threats and they're paid to be suspicious of everyone they encounter. This is especially true of any large group of people gathering together.
