I have come up with an interesting scenerio that I hope someone out there is in the same boat or HAS been in the same boat. So I not have logged many many hours playing poker online and live, but while I was grinding I was busy getting my bach. degree in sports management and masters in business education as well as recivieing my teaching certificate to teach grades 7-12 in business. Problem with my bank..
So I noticed a lot of people having trouble with banks more than ever and I havent played online in a while so this is all new to me. I use instant e checks option for UB and FTP. I havent played in a while and apparently my last 2 deposits went through on both sites but my bank closed my account the second the depo went through. I only put $135 on FTP and $100 on UB for the day and lost it within a few days.. I deposited $500 in my bank acct today so I can depo on one of the sites and my balance had an extra $235 in it which equals the total of my last two deposits. Someone told me that ...

hahah apparently... but its not even about me gettign 10-15 or 20 bucks.. it is about UB and them trying to improve their site..... how about they have a $5r at 7pm and just have it like thurs, fri, sat, sunday.. I mean why not every day' nothing they even do makes sense..... and I wouldnt be complaining that much but you hear all this stuff about them wanting to improve and do this and blah blah blah and they have this casino now.. IS UB NORMAL?
Okay.... Ultimate Bet might be the most comical site ever... ok check this out... not only are they trying to clean up there "bad image" and they go an add a full casino so people can lose their nuts, and on top of all that is is clearly fixed when the dealer gets 5 str8 flushes in 20 mins and everytime you get a pair it is never any good (3 card poker)... and the whole blackjack bs too... might as well have a sports book so we can bet on games too... I mean Joe Sebok jumped aboard so this site can become a lot better and this is what they come up with' how about more guarantee ...

UB DEF NOT WORKING
so i got back on and clicked on lobby, there was no info in the lobby.. then i go to sign up for a tourney and it doesnt let me, then i log out and now when i log back it my table doesnt pop up, and no other tables pop up on the main screen it is just white.... NICE SITE

Hey, does anyone have the phone number for UB/AP... I play a lot and this morning I try to login and it says my login id is not recognized.. fun stuff huh... and since it is wed. I wanted to get in a play a lot and get ready for tonight... I emailed support like it said but i might not hear back from them til tomorrow, and i now there is a phone number for them but I lost it.. if anyone has the number please let me know, thanks

havent been there in about a month but i would think 60-80 players... usually pays around 5k... last time my buddy got in on a 8 way chop for 1900 each because no one had more than 20bbs, and 1900 was a little less than 2nd place money... i would say it will run til 1am ish.. GL

Flights to Vegas...
I heard some airlines have internet when flying across country. I am going to vegas for wsop and im leaving from New York. I was wondering if anyone has flown across country with the internet on the flight.. curious to know which airlines, and if the connection is any good to play poker with while flying.... thanks.

Ill just add something else to this little debate.. What I like to do in cash games ( i understand FL. is diff with the 100 buy in, but I think you said a lot of people were deep) I like to pick an amount and open the pot with it no matter what I raise with. NO BUILDING POTS. Think about it, when you raise to 15 to create a big pot not many people are folding and this in essence is the same as it being limped for 5-6 way action. Meaning there is no way you can put anyone on a hand no matter what the flop is. Depending on how much action is going on at the table I will pick abot $25-$35 to ...

the excuse everyone was limping is a very poor poor excuse to play this hand. I think raising the button there is better than limping, but I would not limp that hand ever and I prob wouldnt pick that hand to raise with on the button. I raise my button a lot in cash games with a wide range, but instead of limping, you could raise there. If they bet into you on this flop then you can raise and play a big pot which is what you did anyways. I just think that yeah it worked out for you this time, but limping in with that hand is awful, sure u flopped a big hand and your in position so sure why not ...

I think you writing this post was a mistake because when you say "raise to $15 to build a pot" shows that you do not have a great understanding of the game. by you doing that is stupid to begin with, and it is very very amaturish and that is what makes u have such a tough decision. standard raise would be 25-30, with the limpers maybe 35-40, now you will most likely get 1 or 2 callers and this spot will be much easier to read and decide on your decision. Never say you raised to build a pot and include that in a post, and also you should never ever be doing that in general, get that ...

wait im confused about the 60 minutes comment too'' Also, we all knew it was a matter of time that UB would lower the grtees.... I guess we can only hope that more people join as members this summer and they can raise the grtees and stop having overlays... I will continue to play UB for now...
