I would watch what type of fruits you are eating, apples are high in carbs, so if you do have one have a half one a day. Blueberries and raspberries are great for you. Also a 1/4 cup of cottage cheese mixed with those fruits is great. Gives you a good amount of protein. A handful of almonds a day can be your afternoon snack, but no more than 12 or so. Also check out designer whey protein, that is really one of the only ones you should have (per my gf nutritionist) that can be paired with string cheese for a snack as well. Yes that is Calvin Johnson not Ochocinco. After the fact i did realize the TE pick was to high. Also I grabbed Warner after seeing a lot of the QB being taken already. Welling looking back only 4 QBs were taken before my 2nd pick. 5th Brees, 8th Brady, 9th Manning, 19th Rodgers. The interesting thing will be what the DPs score, using this scoring system I think the top 3 or 5 put up 400+ points last year.

On the FAQ page they say you get 12 HD games with the SuperFan but don't mention if the games without it are not. I think we will just check out this weekend with what I have and go from there.

NFL Sunday Ticket question.
I just order the Sunday Ticket package and with talking to a friend he said you don't get any HD games, that you have to add the SuperFan package as well. Does anyone know if you get some HD games or just all the local feeds in non-HD with the Sunday Ticket' thanks

LOL. I could care less either way, I just use the mail app. I was just c/p. I am really loving this upgrade. Improved Expose is nice along with the speed of the apps. Plus it is a cheap upgrade for a OS.

Cops tell us DJ AM -- also known as Adam Goldstein -- was found dead this morning in New York City. The NYPD tells us he was found in his apartment at around 7 AM. Back in September of 2008, DJ AM and Travis Barker were in a plane crash in South Carolina. Four people died in the crash -- DJ AM and Barker were the only survivors. Read more: /#ixzz0PWTSf8Fw

Frees up about 7-13 gigs on your hard drive. Graphics are much better, quicktime 10 has a screen recorder which is really cool. Applications open up so much faster, chat, mail, calendar. Get the family pack and split with 5 people if you can and it only cost 10 bucks a person.

You have to download the .iso files and then mount them to a dvd before loading. I'm 98% sure that is the one I used. It is just the .iso files you have to already have Rosetta Stone downloaded and then mount this on dvds.
