Merge MTT Players Must Read
Perhaps we should contact the Kahnawakee Gaming Commission and ask if their regulatory body can confirm that merge has all player accounts accounted for. I know that this commission is completely worthless, but it would be interesting to have their statement in writing along with date of their last audit.

He doesn't really have to "hide" anywhere. Even if he is in a country that the US has extradition with, he has to have broken a law in both countries for the US to extradite. Seeing as Full Tilt was most likely licensed and regulated (or just simply not illegal) in whichever country he is in, US will not be able to extradite him. My best guess is that even if he did willingly come to the US for trial, the DOJ wouldn't have much of a case and he would walk or have a minimum sentence plea deal. DOJ seems to have misinterpreted its own laws on a pretty massive scale here, or so we are made to ...

Kavilla - I had to verify on Overbet, Lock, and Carbon before withdrawing. If the Merge network or a specific skin were to let a user cashout without verifying that would be strange. Of course if 1 particular user had privileges that others on the network/skin didn't have that would be a cause for concern. It would make me think that this user might be a superuser or be part of some sort of collusion ring connected with the skin/network and the skin is trying to protect that persons identity. If you ever suspect such a thing, you should mention specific names at which point we would go back ...

Very opinionated articles. But I think we all agree on the bottom line.... Her and her scumbag associates stole from the players by overpaying themselves and running a lean operation in preparation for doomsday. One thing I hadn't realized was that the Former Chief of the Kahnawake Nation was the owner of Tokwiro Enterprises, the eventual parent company of Ultimate Bet. So there is a clear conflict of interest between the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and Ultimate Bet.
