The Carbon Poker skin moves slow a lot of times when everything else on my computer runs fast. I have enough ram and a dsl internet connection should work just fine. Is there a problem on my end or does anyone else have this problem. Edit: this is very tilting. I can't get more than 3 tables loaded without the program acting like its blind and crippled.

1/2 NL 6max Good spot to shove?
You're only getting him to spazz call 22,44,55. Every other pair beats you although he may also call AQ+ if he thinks you're monkey bluffing. Knowing some information about the player would be great. His turn lead is strong. I think you have more value in calling. He can lead the turn with ATo+,ATs+, KQs+ basically big broadways you can bluff catch. I wouldn't be surprised if you jammed into 99, TT, or AK and he got there on the river. If you think about his blind flatting range its stronger than your LP raise. Plus, the board is super low and paired so you're unlikely to hit it. Villain may ...

Carbon Poker Skin help
What things can I do to make the carbon poker skin easier to use. The skin is clunky and awkward. I have problems seeing the bet amounts when I tile on the site, and when I cascade tables they don't pop up. I'm getting a serious headache trying to play on my laptop. Also why is the note taking function so awkward. It covers up the pot. Its excessively huge. However, I do like the icon I can put on people. Carbon expert commentary appreciated.

Major flaw in Ante Up tournament structure
Lol, there's a huge flaw in your argument baby boy. By the time they would be able to click it back enough, assuming Pstars doesn't boot them, they would blind out and/or be gangbang butthurt by the rest of the players. For example, say you click it back with your buddy from nowhere's ville for 30 min. straight. The very next hand you can guarantee you won't be able to raise or limp with out seeing 4-bet just to make sure you fold. Another example, You click it back more. Your friend clicks it back more. Some donk slob clicks it back more. His grandmothers friend clicks it back more. Now ...

Is this a bad shove on turn? Does this get through the other 99.9% of the time?
If you're going to take a line to move a donk off air you're doing it wrong. That's a really draw heavy turn. Only full houses and flushes check/raise there and he's unlikely to know that. Consequently, when you check you concede the hand to him. He probably believes a king would most likely bet the turn. A bet/bet/Jam line is wayy better because if you get called on the turn you mostly don't get called on the river. Every decent hand worth getting value raises the turn from his position, and you said he's a spewtard so he'd probably raise the flop with a K. You can jam blank rivers ...

dealing with call/raises
If I was going to make a point on what my thoughts are with these conditions, it would be that we need to be 4-balling OOP nearly 60% of the time with 10 combinations of bluff hands holding great show down value and AA/KK/QQ as our only value hands, but that seems wrong. Folding more than 50% of the time we are 3-bet seems wrong. Jamming when our opponent rarely calls worse is wrong, and I don't want to be stuck flatting a 3-bet OOP with pocket queens on a K high board when I our opponent decides to call/raise us with KQs etc. A call/raise is just really crappy when we wake up with hands ...

dealing with call/raises
No I'm not talking about 45's or 180s shipping in those with medium strength hands is a must. To ease generalities a little...We can assume a few things - Great 3-bet fold stacks 35+ bbs. These are also effective stack sizes. - we are facing either EP/LP, call/raises - 9-max and 6-max table conditions - blinds + antes stages of the tournament - ICM doesn't matter because we are too far from the bubble - Said player 2nd level thinking player, albeit he may be bad (I think this is inherent with any call/raise line because he's trying to elicit raises with worse hands) - We have no reads ...

dealing with call/raises
What kind of hand range should I generically assign to a player I don't have history with that performs the call/raise function (I'm asking for micros and low stakes)' It's such a tilting move that I personally think is retarded. I always end up folding incorrectly and calling incorrectly. Most of time with medium pocket pairs and high broadways AK/AQ/AJ, 99-JJ. Recap: What range should I assign for small/micros' How should I play medium strength hands versus that range.

Advice on HUD's for MTT grinders
note enough time to quote and respond line by line, but HUD stats aren't generally setup by position--I.E. UTG, MP, LP, Blinds. For PT and HEM the hovering costs too much time. Bonflizubi we are talking mass multitabling not playing 10 tables. 7/8 are highly relevant arguments. Most of our edge comes from postflop play. You say your setup accounts for a lot of my arguments, then about a full 1.5" is taken up over each player. I don't know if your tiling with 2 27" monitors but that's some serious space marked up. If you're able to sift that information past 20+ tables then cool. Like I ...

Hand Advice...always 3 betting here or......
If the blinds fold often I'd rather flat and keep their entire range here. 3-betting here gets you picked off by dominated aces and we don't have enough information to know how often he's 4-balling 88-QQ which I think is a fair amount. The big stack most likely has some suited connectors or other retard hands you're most likely dominating. If he had a real hand JJ+/AKo+ he'd most likely be 3-betting to keep from playing a multiway pot. 3-betting most likely makes you end up mucking what would probably be a flip if you got it all in. Could you also give information on what you think the big ...

Advice on HUD's for MTT grinders
1. Hud stats in tournaments become worthless in turbos 2. All Hud stats are unreliable over a 100 hand sample size generally 1 hour of tournament play. 3. Huds restart collecting data when you table change. 4. Relying on old hands from tournaments is bad as it collects from all blind levels. If you can filter out blind levels for your specific hud then more power to you. 5. As the number of players on the table decreases your stats become highly skewed. For example going from 9 to 6 handed is a major crap shoot. 6. Huds don't show what the position stat is immediately. You have to hover over ...

Advice on HUD's for MTT grinders
I think huds are better suited for cash games. Unless you've got hand histories for about 10k+ tournaments. Edit: If huds have specific information on how villains play from a certain position that session then they are good along with providing information like tilt likeliness, otherwise the information is wholly unreliable and you'll do better just by monkey clicking and soul reading. My two cents and I know how to use a hud.

maximum value from a set on a flush draw board? +someother hands..
Eh...whatever, I thought that was last hand of the tournament. You had reads sooo....sick call. Otherwise, it's a horribad call and barely justifiable even with reads because you have a read preflop. If you have a read that says on paired boards on the river from rainbow turns he'll jam underpairs then you have a solid call. You didn't even think he would min 3-bet small pairs pre tho. So you basically fell in love with your ace and put him on the only hands you beat KK/QQ/JJ. Btw, he makes this bet with every combo AA/AK/AQ/AJ/AT/QJ/KQ/QQ/QT/Q9. Anyway, none of what I posted then or now is ...

maximum value from a set on a flush draw board? +someother hands..
Making this quick since I have animes to watch and SNE rakeback to chase tomorrow. Hand 1. Its a rainbow board call and minraise/lead turn. Hand 2. Most micro players don't squeeze light, good fold. Hand 3. Good call don't be results oriented. TT+ call range is ahead of an AJo+/88+ jam range. Hand 4. Fold pre if you're going to put yourself in a retarded spot by call a 3-bet OOP with a 50bb stack. Seriously, aren't you 4-betting JJ+/AQs+' If you're not and you're calling with these hands to then coo. Otherwise you're leaking really bad here. This hand cost you the tournament and shows ...

Owned?
You played it safe and I think you missed some value here. Calling the turn is right. If you look at the board and the combination's of hands he can stay aggressive with they're mostly flush draws with gutshot straight draws, smaller two pairs, and the very unlikely set combination. Assuming he's a thinking player and capable of raising a reasonable range UTG to give the impression he's playing many hands, his range will look like this on turn...Which you are a 55/45 favorite against by the ...

Fulltilt - Black banned
Dude if you're not a fish then chill out. Did you seriously not even consider playing Sit n gos' Mang, I hit a huge downswing in Mtts not even being able to make it close to the bubble in Mtts. I promptly switched to SnGs predominantly. Pick games where you don't have to run as good when you're running bad or tough it out. Play cash, play Omaha, Stud/Stud8, 2-7. If you don't know how to play other games, then hitting a downswing is the best time for you to correct that situation. Learning other games decreases your learning curve for your bread and butter NLHE.
