Online MTT pro needs some live 1/2 advice
for cash, you're usually pretty deep so you don't want to be stacking off on the flop with top pair or even 2 pair sometimes, post flop play is key. at 1-2 play pots in position and if your table is calling alot and raised pots are going 6 ways pre, raise a little bigger. small hand=small pot, big hand=big pot. sometimes you will fold and overpair to a shove or large 3bet on the flop or turn.

How do you adjust to the slower pace of live poker?
alot of players listen to music, facebook or twitter. Live is slow so you need to be patient.

Getting back into sng's
I would read or reread moshmans book on sit and gos, definitely a good one. Play tight early, aggressive near and on the bubble and play position and stack sizes late, and push fold, if I remember correctly. Thats what I remember but I haven't played in awhile.

Feedback about the Lock Poker move to the Revolution Network
I just removed lock again, I don't like the software and the traffic sucks. Been hearing about nevada being one of the first to have online poker in the states, hopefully soon. until then i will play for small money on merge.

I think you need to raise pre bigger, live 1-3 the standard open is 4x-5x. I would lead a little bigger prob $40-45. Once you check the turn and v1 bets and v2 is all in you are def beat with tpgk. Fold.

Best Las Vegas poker tourney structures <=$100
best daily tournies are at the wynn, aria and venetian. but like flip said the rio deepstacks are a really good value during the wsop.

1/3 NL would like some feeback
well maybe he saw you cap and not check your cards, doesnt matter if you're tight at that point. You blind raise and then cbet without looking at your cards. I'm assuming he saw all of this, I'm not folding to your jam either. you could have smaller pairs and ace x hands,flush draws and a small % of your range is bigger pp. I think you played that bad.

Live poker buy in strategy.
I agree, I always buy in full as you want to get max value when you get a big hand. You just have to adjust to the other players stack sizes.

I would lead with 300 and shove over any raise on the flop. If someone flats then prob shoving the turn.

Wondernig thoughts on tip sizing at live 200nl
I don't tip if I raise and everyone folds. I usually tip 1$ for everything else and if the pot is anything 200$ and over I will give 1 or 2 more.
