Annie, care to respond to the fact that UB clearly missed AT LEAST 10 blatantly cheating accounts' I mean come on, it literally took me 15 minutes to discover these new accounts and I personally called Paul Legget (Ub's CEO) about it and he confirmed to me too that those were other aliases of cheating accounts! I mean come on, how on earth can you expect anyone to trust this company' They conduct a 5 month investigation while not keeping in touch with the players at all. I absolutely loved the part where Annie goes on to say how careful these cheaters were and thats how UB didnt detect them, then Pokernews pans out to nionio's graph. Good work pokernews, Annie you disgust me.

This is trambopoline on 2p2. No, dont expect any details about who were the perpetrators behind this or if they received any jail time. But I do expect a full release tomorrow and money *should* hit peoples accounts then as well. This is what ive been told though, never know with ub.

This is not old news, this is UB finally admitting that there was security breach, something that they havent done yet. Although yes, it was already 100% obvious that cheating occurred before this statement. Hopefully now UB will take the next step and ibegin issuing refunds.

Why would I do that' Are you kidding me'' It was clearly an honest mistake on my part, ill totally admit that. Someone posing as Phil was sending me emails and I totally fell for it. All other info is 100% legit except for the email posted.

Hmm, scarface you seem very level headed and your post makes sense. Another damning piece of info is the fact that Isaac168 also deleted his account from UB, just like Nionio and all of the other alleged accounts. That is one of the biggest mistakes he made in getting caught. I mean, why would you crush the UB games for several hundred K, then just pack up, DELETE your account then decide to never play again' It just doesnt make any sense and theres a decent chance that something fishy was happening with Isaac and the other accounts. you're just paranoid, this guy is a .25-.50 player, and a losing player at that according to . Guys, this is not the way to present these kinds of things. Not once have I ever accused anyone of cheating up until this point, and sure enough I happened to be correct. Accusations should not be made against random low limit players because they won a lot of pots or played a lot of hands. Please do some sort of research before any more accusations are made, ie contact other players and get more hands, get their input etc

Uncanney, I highly doubt these are related at all however post the name and I could check it out real quick. I highly doubt if somone had superuser access they would waste their time at 1-2 and 2-4 tables.

Phil pretty much retracted that statement later on by saying that it was just a rumour he heard. My response was how the hell can you not know if that is just a rumour or not' If you heard it from a higher-up at UB then it SHOULD be a fact. If you heard it from just random guy then you shouldnt even be telling us about it. Either way I think that statement is not going to pan out to be true

Does anyone read these forums'' I mean Jesus, this is such breaking news and only 1 reply, not even meant to be serious at all. Do you guys realize what this email means' UB was not only aware that cheating was going on, most likely in upper management, but they withheld all this info from the players until finally WE discovered it. Yea, King Rube may have a tough time defending this one... This is an email I got from Phil Hellmuth today, absolutely sickening..... Okay before I call you.......I do have some information right now as I got off the phone with a "very high up". It does seem that there are several superuser accounts that UB has just mentioned to me. They were holding off on announcing it due to reasons I am unaware of, but apparently this is a new strand, like you suspected (and I doubted) of superusers, unlike with the AP scandal. I want to apologize, but keep in mind I was simply a "promotional" figure ...

I was the orgignial starter of this thread in high stakes no limit on two plus two. It was me (I am trambopoline on 2p2) and gaucho21 who orginally brought forth the charges of Nionio being a superuser. Without going too in depth, ill give you some of our reaons. 1) He played 60/40, which means he played 60% of the hands he was dealt and raised 40% of the hands he was dealt. This is called someones V$PIP (Voluntary $ Put in Pot). The avg VPIP of a winning 6 max or shorthanded player is about 25/20, maybe even as high as 30/20. 60/40 is a ridiculous amount of hands to be playing especially at ...

The AAA7 hand is defintely terrible. Such a large amount of the time hes drawing to 1 out, 4 outs or hes a small fav/underdog. Hes got no draw and his only backdoor draw is spades. The only thing I could think is patrick was on such bad tilt that ivey just said to himself before the flop that hed commit himself to any dryish flop.
