No money from Poker Stars :) that's not accurate at all. If the charges hold and the parties indicted are found guilty in court that money can and likely will be confiscated. Not to mention the chance that the US gov't wins without a settlement and gets a 3 billion dollars they are seeking. There is no FDIC that protects us from these sites going belly up or being convicted of money laundering and fraud.... if that happens you can be almost certain money in us customers accounts will be siezed by the gov't. FT of a micro with QQ WWYD? i don't care if it's a micro or not....the game has changed drastically the past 2 years and 3 betting is much more common at all levels of play.....to say that a guy with 900K chips @ 10/20k has to only be 3 betting AK JJ+ is beyond nitty....i will concur he's not gonna be light...b/c his 3 bet is more than 3x the min raise...but i would give him a range of AQ+ and 99+..... there are only 2 stacks at the table that his 3 bet commits him to calling a shove from pre .....so his range doesn't' have to be as tight as your making it.....regardless of the buy-in folding QQ here is beyond bad Ur ... Multiple Monitors disconnected now where is my hand history i tried everything I've been building computers for 10 years.....A++ certificed and MS certified.....well use to be.... its' a glitch in the FTP software....i found no fix tried absolutely everything even modifying registry settings...... only thing that worked was hooking back up 2nd monitor moving HH window....and then disablilng.... Multiple Monitors disconnected now where is my hand history the only option is to hook up a 2nd monitor...pull up HH ...then move the box to the main monitor...then disable the 2nd then unhook the 2nd....friend had same issue i'm a PC junky and i spent 2 weeks trying every workaround known...and couldn't find any other solution..... b/c the HH doesn't have it's own box...there is no "move" option available Posted in: Poker Discussion	dscroggs4 Jun 29th, 2010
Any wonder why Hellmuth only has NLHE bracelets??? no chance in hell phill hellmuth has played 1200 events.... i mean hell in 04 there were only 34 events....and i mean in 89 when he won it there were only 14..... so hellmuth has been playing for 23 years...the avg events is probably 26 total...per year..so assuming he played 95% of the events... that's 560 events played......1200 haha whoever said that is clueless oh and he hasn't played 95% so.....number is probably more like 450ish TOPS Posted in: Poker Discussion	dscroggs4 Jun 25th, 2010
Ivey Final table of $3K HORSE what ivey's done is beyond sick..... but let's not forget Stu..... there use to be 2 huge poker events each year...WSOP ME and Amarillo's Super Bowl of poker...no player ever won them both other than Stu...and he won them both 3x....... Re:Bank Charging Me For Poker Site Deposits? this is likely being caused by the new regulations that all banks have to comply with by jun 1st..... payment processors being used are probably now running charges correctly and more transparent...no more of the charges for poker sites...it's coming through as an international charge now and wasn't before..just a guess ....but the new laws are real...and things are tightening up...b/c the banks now are being penalized if they don't adhere to the new laws... Seems like it would solve almost everyone's issues w/ the UIGEA The problem is...Gambling is a state law...not a national law each state would have to pass it's own separate law allowing gambling in order to host a site like you are saying....they would also have to block access to sites from people not in their state,(assuming some states didn't pass laws to allow such gambling) and any out of the country players would be required to pay US taxes....legally it's complicated and well gambling isn't politically correct...
