Make sure that quote is in writing. Make them itemize exactly what that includes. I would charge $500 just for drywall repair. You have mold, deck/roof structure issues, on top of that. I'm guessing that $550 will atleast triple by the time everything gets fixed.

Penguins' Matt Cooke gets __ games for headshot
He will prob get 6 games(they don't punish players nearly enough), but should get rest of regular season, and a round in playoffs, maybe more. I'm still surprised that Chara got nothing vs patch. Excited for Mtl vs Bos rematch this week. Hopefully the habs bring up a couple of goons.
