If you get more than 3gigs you should get the 64bit version of Windows. 32 bit like XP (which I would recomend over Vista) will ONLY use 2 gigs native for your applications and 3 gigs with a CONFIG.SYS switch. XP comes in 64 too as do Vista and Windows 7. The only way to access more for your application is to use a 64 bit OS. 64 bit proccessor is good but will not allow you to access any extra RAM.

Dail-up is so 90's. It might be OK for Poker but not for much else. Videos, downloads and updates are horrible with dial-up. Also any Cable connection is high speed. FIOS is just high speed DSL. So either would be very good. The lower speed DSL's work well also. I beleive Verizon offers 384k-768k DSL. Use Dial-up as your secondary/backup line. I mean $60=aircard $15=dialup. For backup connection it is a no brainer.

I played in the 340 on Presidents day and the structure started very good but when it got down to around 15/20 the CL had 300k with the blinds at 10k/20k that was 7hours in with 270 playing. It got so bad at FT they chopped 7 ways @ 8k each when 1st was 22k. BTW I got owned in this tourney. GG me. Never played in a Mohegan Tourney. FTW

Tyler, One thing that I did not see mentioned in FTP email is whether or not the other IP address has ever had any other accounts login from it. I think that would be a great place to start. I know they would have to be very stupid to login from the same computer but hey it is worth a try. If you keep a running gross for the year ( which you should have) just use that amount as winnnings. A running gross should take into account all by-ins. Don't put every tourney on deduction form, that would be a real pain in the ass. Dude

If you are using a CABLE modem from like Comcast or someone else they use SHARED bandwidth. ie. the more people in your area that use them the slower they become. This should really only be an issue during peak use time ( like evening ) an not every night. DSL does not have this issue as it is switched and not sharing bandwidth with you neighbors. If it continues run some Bandwidth tests, Just google and you will find some, to see if it is really your bandwidth.
