UB client keylogger and screen scraping I've been screaming since the first scandal that anyone that p[lays at UB/AP is truely gambling since they have no reason to trust the people running that company. The 1st scandal was only revealed because of the players....and this bs comes about because the players notice things....Its a company that I have zero reason to trust...and every reason not to trust. UBOC 2600 and UBOC 215 for 2000 total! Why wouldn't UB just credit back anyone who registered for both tourneys and advertise this promotion' So you have to be part of the online crowd to get the discount and be on pocket fives to get the discount. Obv a great deal but not very fair to the other player in the $2600 tourney. I just don't trust AP/UB anyway so I am extremely biased but it doesn't seem like a legit fair promotion for their players. Someone please tell me what to do (Urgent) tough last hand you played well. Don't go crazy over this...without risk there is no reward and you took a shot by accident and almost made it happen. Go back to your level and grind for a bit longer. You'll get another shot in the future and one day variance will shine on you and you will get a package or a huge score. GG and keep your head high! On another note again its worth pointing out how ridiculous Full Tilt is that it takes days to contact anyone and they run tourneys for tens of thousands of dollars on a daily basis but can't even have an email account that is monitored ... Am I Ready To Play Full Time?? I haven't read through the whole thread but if you just previously thought that Gold level was unreachable then you really need to rethink going pro. If you are going to rely on poker for your only income and you have a kid on the way youshould have $20K+ in the bank that you don't touch for poker and at laest a bankroll of 10K online...Keep your job and make money on the side. my bank called me today re: poker wires I think you're wrong in your 1st line of your post "The UIGEA makes it illegal for banks to deal with poker sites and 3rd party processors" If I'm correct the UIGEA mentions nothing about poker and actually just makes processing transactions for "illegal online gambling" illegal for banks. The reason why the UIGEA got pushed back is because no one has yet defined what "Illegal online gambling" actually consists of. This is a huge difference from saying UIGEA anything about poker. XTracey All in every hand at $25/$50 EDIT: ACCT HACKED!! Full tilt is not doing their due diligence when it comes to situations like this. When you are managing Millions and Millions of dollars for people's accounts you could at least have a phone number someone could call in the case of fraud - or at least a special email that is only for fraud that is monitored 24-7. Although Full tilt doesn't have to be liable for Xtracey getting hacked they are liable for having nothing in place for any type of communication from a player when such a breach has occured. If pstars says they allow it then more power to them for taking advantage of a f'd up rule thats stars has implimented. Its very simple....I have to play a 1st round match.....they do not.....they get to scout my 1st round match.....I do not get to scout their 1st round match....that is what is wrong with this situation. So they are allowed to watch my match and pick up tendancies while I can't do the same for them. This is not fair 100%. For everyone saying, "play better" and "table Select" think about what BS it is they they are allowed to play out the other 1st round match however they see fit, yet they get to watch my match.....NOT FAIR, and they definitely gain an advantage by doing this.
