i think i can help here. you dont need two variables here, you just need X So....48(x) 34(56-x) and 44(56) 48x+ [34(56)]-34x=44(56) which is 2464 then you subtract -34x from 46x to get 14x Then... you subtract 34(56) which is 1904 from both sides to get 560 is eq to 14x Divide 560 by 14 then you get ur answer TYVM!!!
