been playing insurance through work after i went to part time and was suppose to be removed from it. out 1100+
i am trying to construct and argument as to why i should get my money back or some of it anyways. ill try to answer any questions. basically this is whats up though, i went back to working part time last February and then got health insurance through my wife's work and have been paying for it there ever since. so i get some random mail from my old insurance company and i go on to check my checks from work and find out that i am paying ~40$ ever two weeks for health insurance still(where i work you can't have health insurance unless your fulltime). i understand that had i been looking ...

buying my first stock
i am clueless but i am buying some shares of a stock to watch in my roth ira till i learn more. not that much money going into it but i want to play it safe and get one i can keep for a long time. for the stock people out there which of these should i choose' AXP FWLT INTC MCO MO PFE SNY these are some stocks i came across that are suppose to be decent and are around 20$ a share. i am only putting around 500$ in for now and want to get something i can get some shares of and not two shares of google.

how can i get my brother to quit smoking
he is 17 and i am his guardian. he was having problems with school back home so moved out here to get his shit together. everything has gone good so far including cigarette smoking. he now understands the the logical reasons why he shouldn't and wants to quit smoking them for good and has a positive attatude about quitting but just doesn't have enough motivation or whatever to just quit all together. i haven't ever smoked but i am sure some of you out there have and he and i are looking for a way to get him to completely quit.

how does phil ivey get better at poker
since poker players generally get better and come and go what do guys like phil ivey and PA do to stay ahead of the curve. can't see either of them spending tons of time or benefiting much from reading books or reviewing hands. or spending hours studying their opponents online before actually playing them ect ect

ergonomic chairs for poker overrated?
My latest obsession has been over ergonomic chairs. i have sat in the aeron chair, freedom chair, and the leap chair. Freedom chair looked the coolest but really thought it was hard and uncomfortable compared to both the aeron and leap chairs so it was quickly ruled out of the running. I am leaning towards the leap chair because it came out in 1999 compared to the bit more dated aeron that came out in 1994 and it has a few more options that the aeron is without. anyone have any info or experience with the chairs' are the worth the coin or a ripoff'

there are about 1000000 check cashing places out here where you can cash a check without and ID for small vig. if the check issuer happens to be wellsfargo or something u can just take it there and cash it even if u don't have an account there. or u can get ahold of me and i can cash it at my bank for you!
