Re:Bodog loses another customer...Am I in the wrong? Please read Nate Avenson Nate, It was hand # 1925061705. I appreciate any help you can give me. I play cash on bodog frequently and I asked for just the money I had invested in the pot back and they said no. I wasnt asking to win the pot although I think I had it won anyway. They said the guy one the pot because I mucked my hand when I went over it with support. Best of luck. Thanks! Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Bodog loses another customer...Am I in the wrong? Please read Nate Avenson Please dont flame me because i play on bodog, but here it goes: I am playing cash on 4 tables and with a 200 pot on one them at the river it is checked to me. I guess my internet starts lagging and within 10 seconds it comes back. I am receiving cards on the other three tables I am playing and the timebank is counting down on the table in question and there are no action buttons to hit. People are laughing in the chat and I am getting ready to see the pot shipped to villian because I am unable to even get to showdown. I panic and retsarted bodog software hoping to get action buttons. When I ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Bottom of 9th for Internet Poker- TIME FOR ACTION This may have been posted already as I have not had time to look at all posts. Here is an article about what the current administration is trying to do before they leave. Dow Jones Please call the U.S. Federal Reserve and tell them not to approve the UIGEA regulations -- Consumer Complaints, 888-851-1920 or Public Affairs, 202-452-2955. Tell them: The federal agencies responsible for our nation’s economy should not be focused on Internet poker regulations. Finalization of the UIGEA rules will add additional burdens on our already crippled financial systems. Internet poker is a game of ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Thoughts about Prahlad's 5 bet Does anyone else feel like a call of the utg 4-bet is a better option than the 5 bet shove' Shipitthisways hand is AA, maybe AK for a donk, and most likely KK. Pretty easy to play against this with AA post flop if your Prahald. All the 5-bet really does is give shipitthisway a chance to fold AK or KK. (Although it could be argued that he would not 4 bet AK, but whatever) Nonetheless, I feel like Prahlad may have lost value. So, to sum it up, does calling the 4-bet widen Prahlad's range enough to get value from KK or AK. I think it does. Anyone'''' Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): multiple hand post Hand 1 JJ- I do not think folding preflop to his raise is terrible, but if you are calling you are playing for set value after that and your stack barely big enough for that. After he fires out a nice bet post flop, I fold because you are too deep to take this gamble and will be shown qq-aa more frequently than 10's, AK, AQ. If you were a little shorter stacked or he was a little shorter stacked you could play this hand much more aggressviely. With 70 plus bb I take the conservative road. Hand 2 : KJ- See Melbourne Joe on this. Honestly I think the second shovers range could be a bit ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |
