Re(1): Anyone know of a good software to track your SIT N GO play?
I have a program which I wrote myself which was initially for basic ring games, but then I modified it for tournements which is more difficult because it's not easy to track profit/loss as in ring games. I mean for a start you usually don't even get to the final table!! However you can see how loose/tight and playin style from it. I don't play much SNG but I could easilly modify it for that, the history files are pretty much the same, however some info like buy in's and prize structure is likely missing. However having said that I don't use it much, I mean knowing a player is very loose if ...

Re(1): Absolute Poker's Official Statement
It is beyond comprehension that the site is up and runniing whilst the 'investiagtion' by a non independant party takes place. Surely this is a police matter'

Re(2): Most honest poker site?
I'm not really talking about dishonest employee's but more about little things they do to squeeze an extra dollar out of you. That fold button might suddenly, change to 'all in' for example. It's not the site's fault, it's your fault for not checking, not dishonest, just badly laid out. Obviously they try to correct such oversights.

Re(4): So you think it is just Absolute Poker that is crooked?
Sure a lot of people gamble anyway, it's fun!! You have to pay for your entertainment. poker, even rigged is a lot better than the other options!! I have saved a fortune on what I used to lose on slot machines and horses. I know the odd's are stacked against me on those, but usually there is no cheating going on, well actually there is, there is a top jockey in court right now in the UK, amd slots are even worse. Where there is mone there is cheating - fact of life unfortunately,

Re(2): So you think it is just Absolute Poker that is crooked?
I had to look up 'cliff notes' to find out what it meant, we are not all from the USA you know (UK), but I guess people tend to think expressions familliar to them are familliar to everyone!! Anyway if it has been deleted how can I read it' However I can probaly guess what you would have said, most people harbour deep routed suspicions about online poker. One of my friends who does not play poker asked me "But how do you know it's not rigged'" At the time I could say, "Well as I am winning a regular amount, if it is rigged then they are not very good at it!!". I coud not say that today ...

So you think it is just Absolute Poker that is crooked?
You are fool if you do in my opinion. I would say similar things have been going on, and still are going on at other sites. The only differnce is AP got caught. Human beings by there very nature are greedy b*stards and ultimately poker sites are run by human beings. The rake won't be enough for many sites in my opinion, they will want more. But disregarding the site actively being involved in cheating, we don't even have to go there, you have to consider the everyday backroom boys who look after the system, they are not making a fortune, just a basic wage, the only thing stopping those ...
