Re:Going to grind after redundancy
I was hoping to make around $70-$100 per day. I may need to play more tables to achieve this.

Going to grind after redundancy
I have just been paid off from my job and I now have an opportunity to take the plunge and play full time. I built a decent roll last year but blew a large chunk of it in Vegas :). I intend grinding nine and ten player sit and gos and hope to play thirty a day at $22. I would appreciate any advice from anybody with any experience of multi tabling sit and gos. I am hoping to achieve a ROI somewhere between 10-20% and hope to make a real go so I dont have to look for a job. Any advice would be most welcome.

Re:Vegas Tournament Help... First Timer
Try Binions Horseshoe and I would avoid daily freezeouts in some hotels such as Luxor. Can't help with other two i'm afraid. Buffet at Monte Carlo worth a visit if you want some great value though. Burger Bar in Mandalay Bay is one of my favourite places to eat. Have fun and be lucky!!!

Stars connection problems
I wondered if any members experience connection problems on Poker Stars. I play on many sites and generally have a stable connection of around 3meg. Poker Stars seems to be the only site I have any problems on. My connection seems to go every few hands but comes back quickly but I find it rather annoying. Does anybody have any ideas why this happens'

Shrinking bankroll
I have been playing poker online for over four years now, mainly sng and mtt no limit hold em. I play most days and poker does consume a lot of my time whether playing or reading strategy etc. I started with a very low deposit and ran it up to a few thousand which paid for a trip to Vegas. I played cash in some of the casinos and did quite well. I left a small ammount in my bankroll, came home and built it right back up again. That was last year and since building it up I have gone on a losing run that I am finding very hard to understand. I don't feel I am playing badly and do take ...

Re:12 LEFT...this is why I took a 2 month exclusion in the first place
Hey man that is a sore one !!!! As long as poker exists you will get donkeys like that. He should have folded that to your bet PF. I am having my share of those on all sites at moment and on a 3 month downswing. Hope you get better luck next time ( wouldn't bank on it though :)

Re:Where to go from here?
Know how you feel. I have been there a few times too but you just need to keep believing as it sounds like you are doing all the right things. A complete break helps me re-focus. I find too that a big win always seems to come when you least expect it. Hang on in there and you will re discover your love for the game. Good luck!
