I took almost 2.5 hours off of mapquest's estimated time today
i would trust a guy on the street selling me a rolex, before i'd trust mapquest again. That site put me into some shitty situations.

Grinding Online Penny Auctions ... is it proffitable?
i used the espn code on the mike & mike recommended site. I didn't win anything. I watched how it worked for a week or two afterwards. That site allows you to look at the auction winner's profile, if they have it for public view. It shows how many bids they used and the average cost of their bid. Those that won consistantly had low cost per bids. I've concluded that you need to: 1. Buy in big, like $1000 or more worth of bids. 2. Be very patient; only bid on 'bid packages' for months until you accumulated thousands and thousands of bids and hit the site in the middle of the night when there ...

we traded demeco ryans to the eagles, what the fuck!...first we don't try to get mario back, i can live with not shelling out the dollars, then trade the leader of our defense...for a flip of thirds and a fourth, wtf is this shit. p.s. i can officially like peyton a little since he's out of our division. He had me at, "that's just some drunk kicker running his mouth." p.s.s. eagles just locked a playoff spot. They made the big signings last off season, now they are making the smarter moves.

I really can't stand Mel Kiper Jr.
I used to not like dilfer, mostly because he wasn't anything special when he played...then I read somewhere, maybe on here, that when rodgers was getting the shun from favre, dilfer was mentor/tutoring him. Learning that made what he said more creditable in my mind and now I enjoy him. I always enjoy Stink Schlereth and i love when Mangini breaks down film.

How many games before you could score in a pro sport?
basketball-less than 5 minutes. if i practiced like i did when i did when i was in my teens for a few months. This is predicated on having a dish man who can attract some attention to get me a little space because I can't create my own against far superior athletes. Baseball- I would have to practice against live balls again to get back the coordination...i was a contact hitter in my day, no power, rarely struck out...i'd say i'd get a hit within 15-20 at bats if i took bp everyday for 6 months. Since I don't go deep (only 2 long balls to my credit), it would depend on the guys behind me to ...

This show needs simon or even kara or someone else harsh in place of tyler or lopez. The Dawg has shown he could be harsh and critical, in the past, if someone was more harsh than him. Idol has the name and branding that keeps me watching, when I can, despite the judges irritating the piss outta me.

i never cared for ICP, but I did really dig Twiztid on there monstasteless album, from, ICP run, psychopathic records. I still listen to it from time to time. I wouldn't ever paint my face or call myself a juggalo. If you have 8 minutes to burn, watch this video. The ICP guys go first and last, Twiztid guy's go 2nd and 2nd to last. I think they are trying to portray a freestyle, but in no way do i think the video is freestyle. Some 'horrorcore' guys do have some rapping ability, just not ICP. I doubt they care, they created the culture and made bank. Twiztid is Jamie Madrox and Monoxide ...

i'm new to this convo...i don't know shit about musical notes and such and can't carry a tune myself. classically trained opera singers trump all' I would think most opera singers excel at that octave and don't have a full range to their voice. If they could do both, i would expect that they would for capital gains. Mariah can hit the highest of notes that sarah brightman can too. I didn't know who the latter was so i youtubed a few videos and everything i watched she was singing in the higher ranges. Mariah can go high and can go low, but can mariah excel in the lower ranges with norah ...

Texans vs Ravens, who you got?
Yates airs it out for 250+ and 2 TDs. Foster 76 yards rushing, 63 yards recieving, 1 rush td. Texans limit ray rice, force flacco to the air where he has moderate success but makes a key turnover, setting up Yates for one of his td throws to a TE. Texans 27-20. I'm a Texans homer, let me have fun imagining. After the regular season game, in which they physically dominated us, I thought they were the class of the AFC and that we needed to avoid them in the playoffs as long as possible. Seeing that they can show up with their B game from time to time, I still have hope.

fuck you again daryl morey...why dalembert'...another player who is gonna take minutes away from the growth of someone...he's not significantly better than jordan hill. We've got a ton of midrange talent that all play hard and deserve equal minutes...the problem with that is that none of them grow into superstars when they are being moved in and out of the rotation...the more i thought about it, the more i liked getting rid of scola and martin (both would be great assets on a contender, but they aren't the difference makers to make us a contender). They are guys we have to play that take ...

2 of my top 8 are matched up in the first round.... I'll vote for In The Name of the Father. It's a great movie that not enough people have seen, no way it should be a 15 seed. 1994 should easily run 3 into the top 8....oops, pulp has to go up against unforgiven in the sweet 16, if everything goes right. The north division is too weak to me. I'm gonna vote for another...AWAKENINGS in an upset.

does anyone else hate texting people
texting is good when at the bar and it is too loud to hear a phone conversation. Like pope said, things can get accomplished a lot quicker in a phone conversation. I text a lot on football saturdays and sundays giving and recieving smack talk.
