Easy fold with AA ? 6-max 25nl on Party
If a 26/7 3b my open and with deepish stacks I think we can 4b a bit more since he shouldn't have a lot of light 3b in his range pre-flop. As played I think this is a fold. If we had As might play it differently.

Trying to reach Supernova
I play PLO8 up to and including 1/2 (but mostly $50/100 PLO8) and I will get between 250-300k VPP this year 12-15 tabling 20 hrs/week. You wont get there playing MTT. If you can 20+ table 27s and 38s that would work too.

Makes no sense sir. You say you have to adjust and yet you are trying to ouplay calling stations. Please advise. Oh and LOL at trying to "steal the blinds" at 50/100 from UTG +2 (or really from anywhere TBH)

Re:Plo h/l hand...look plz
Well I would likely limp this hand pre but the x is a 6 which is obviously not a complete dangler. Anyone saying you MUST raise this is LOL. You have a better than average hand is all. Limping is fine here. Raising can be fine but no reason you have to raise here by any stretch. And I agree that playing A22x very aggressively can get you in trouble, quartered, etc. He hit one of the best possible flops(obv not as good as 345) and still have mixed opinions on what to do.

Re:Plo h/l hand...look plz
Raise or limp is fine pre as Luka said. On the flop it is mostly a check/fold. Not many clean cards for bottom set. You got 40BB with a bare, shitty set. Find way better spots AINEC.

Re:Live Cash Game 2-5 1300$ pot- what are the ranges?
As several have stated playing a huge pot OOP with AQ in a weak game is not really very good. But the core of it is raise more live than you would online basically on every street. There is no thought by the villain that he could be beat post flop. He has top pair and ain't folding it ever no matter how much he has behind. So live you need to value bet bigger these stations on every street.

Re:where do they not tax for poker?
There is a foreign tax credit for income that is taxed by a foreign entity. Thus if you paid x dollars in foreign tax on income taxed by a foreign entity those x dollars would be eligible for a credit on your US tax return thus shielding you from double taxation. Much more complicated than that but that is the gist.

Re:where do they not tax for poker?
This is not true. You may not pay tax based on Foreign Earned Income Exclusion or some other treaty specific situation but US citizens are taxed on their worldwide income regardless of domicile. I have clients all over the world and they all are required to file, etc. Now some do get income exclusions, housing exclusions, etc. but they are still subject to the same tax requirements as all others living here.

Re:Fkeplastictrees/Bwslim69-chopped 1st event @ Borgata!!!!
Thanks Mr. Chow and Wacky. Appreciate the love. Yeah the guy that finished "2nd" had most of the chips..over 60% of chips in play with 5 left. So he took 80k. His ICM equity was actually like 85k. I was 2nd in chips and got 55k but signed for first. I was ok with this since I can generate some gambling losses over rest of year and being tax guy know how to reduce tax effect on this. Other guys chopped rest ~46k each. My ICM equity was only abt 50k so I was happy with deal. Would have loved to play it out as I felt I had edge over 3 of the others but stacks were so shallow it was ...

Re:Trying to get PlatinumStar Status on Stars
I believe it is after you finish. Like others state unless you are going to get 'Nova by YE not a lot of advantage to playing to get Platinum. But I guess if you are that close might as well get it. Also the 1.6c/FPP is really only relevant if you can purchase the $4k bonus which means you have to be SN. Best rate for Platinum is the $650 bonus for 50k FPP or abt 1.2c/FPP. I took all of my high volume from FTP to PS due to the bullsh**t stance they have on rakeback for existing accounts. Now I am approaching 'Nova and happy about it.

Re:Thoughts on this PLO hand...
This is an interesting spot. The nature of PLO is stacking off with big draws. However, this draw may not be as big as it appears. If we assume that one or both of the players has the made str8 (first player may have set or two pair and will fold) some of your outs are taken (4s and 7s). This leaves you with somewhere between 8 and 10ish outs twice. In cash game this is probably a ship but in a tournament I think I probably fold. Little more info would be helpful...villain's play, where we are in tournament, etc. If this is pretty deep I would be more inclined to call as hitting would ...
