Free Web Seminar for P5's members - Transition to Live Poker
Replay should be available on the site within a week. Check the blog page at for anupdate on that. Might be sooner but I'm not processing the recording myself so I hate to make predictions when technology is involved. Thanks to those who showed up to help test the software, it went fairly smoothly and we're definitely going to use it again for the seminar on the 24th.

Free Web Seminar for P5's members - Transition to Live Poker
We will be recording it, but we haven't figured out what to do with the recording yet. We know Friday at 9 pm isn't everyone's favorite time, but we have to get it done as soon as possible and make sure we have all the kinks out of the system so we can get the ball rolling. We just announced some live training in Vegas for the WSoP as well, things are crazy for us right now.

Free Web Seminar for P5's members - Transition to Live Poker
If you are looking to transition to live poker or just start playing a little more often in your local card room, we want to help. We'll be covering everything from live tells to player comp programs to dealing with the ultra weak players that are so common in live games. We also want to test our new seminar software on a large group and get some feedback, so we are offering the seminar free to the first 1,000 people to sign up. We fully expect more than 1,000 sign ups, so you may want to get in now. The webinar will be hosted by Chris 'Fox' Wallace and Dr. Alan Schoonmaker, both live players ...

Poker Coaching and Training Sites Feedback Thread
I used to be bothered by every troll who posted my name on a forum, but I gave it some thought awhile back and realized that the only reason it bothered me was that people who have never met me might read it and believe it. When I look at it from a reader's perspective, honestly only a complete idiot is going to read one guy calling me a douche and blindly believe it. Now I'm over it and since people who meet me in person seem to like me at about a 95/5 ratio, I figure I'm doing fine and I'm not worried about one or two haters. Now on to something useful for OP... If you respectfully ...

Why is Leatherass Banned?
You can get banned on 4 for almost anything, they are incredibly free with the banhammer over there. Your not a serious forum poster until you have been banned from 4. He probably responded to a question with something like "Oh, I actually wrote an article about that on this other site at " and got hammered for spamming. Or he said something negative about an advertiser. Or he wasn't making them any money. Could be anything. I hate 4.

Backing Ethics
This sort of thing is coming up more and more as coaches and backers try to get more and more players under them. The backer/coach sees that they could start with a hundred $3 MTT players, many of whom won't go anywhere with coaching or without it, but it won't cost them much. They figure a few of those guys could go on to be serious winning players at higher stakes and be a gold mine for them, locked in to a contract for a year. They see huge potential profits, and a hundred players could just be the beginning right' The horse sees that they are going to get to play poker for free, they are ...

U.S. players not allowed to deposit with Visa or Mastercard anymore???
Never forget that conservatives pushed this law and refused to let poker off the list. When they claim to be the party of smaller government, ask them about legislating what you can and can not do in your own home and telling you that you can handle darts or Scrabble tournaments but they need to protect you from poker. Vote em out and they may change their attitude about legislating morality and protecting us from ourselves. F Bill Frist.

Re:Adding Widgets to Wordpress
There may be a plug in for that. If you go to plug ins, and then click "Add New" at the top, it will take you to an area where you can search for plug ins and then install them automatically. If there is something already written for an MLB scoreboard widget this will be the place to find it.

Re:Quick Question about HUDs
Most people find that Holdem Manager deals with large databases and large imports a lot better than PT3. Imports are definitely faster for me for large databases on HeM than PT3. Otherwise the two products are fairly similar in quality and usability except that PT3 deals with Rush cash games a lot better than HeM does at the moment.

24 hour Zyrtec is good stuff. Claritin works great for me too, but after a week of taking it I start to get a weird reaction to it. I think it's actually some sort of allergy...

Re:full tilt being investigated by feds
It doesn't sound like this is directly related to the UIEGA. They are obviously following some other trail and turning this in to a political discussion is ridiculous.
