Along with this I feel in order to perform well in the long run and for a +EV , a newbie must have to walk that *extra mile*. He needs to learn Bankroll management and need to understand how big variance is in poker. Best thing you can do is start playing and post hands on the forums. Thanks

Try to learn some smart tricks and money management strategies if you are going to play with real money. You ca use "Money Management" strategy to bet more when you are winning and bet less when you are losing. But sticking to this strategy can be tough, so you can also opt for positive progressive system i.e progress to your bets slowly after a win and decrease it to a minimum when you lose.
