Re:High Stakes Poker Season 6 Episode 1 Official Thread The poker itself is good, but the whole charm of HSP has gone way down imo, with only Gabe and all this interviewing and little fluff pieces. HSP has become like every other pokershow, which I don't usually watch. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:Deal or No Deal? It's a god aweful, stupid deal, and if people can't handle you saying no then that's their problem. Just don't let it affect your game that they may dislike you and go on to crush them in future tournaments. I would advise to be polite though, you get nothing from saying "fuck off" when they offer a deal, even if it's a bad deal for you. Just say "no, thanks, I wan't to play on". Re:do i ever got a chance at poker? (serious) Stop tilting over bad beats and think about the fact that no good comes from being angry when you're playing, and the fact that you got the chips in with the best of it means you are a winner in the longterm, other than the idiots that put a beat on you. If you can't do that, then no, you don't have a chance in the world to be a winning player. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:? on Full Tilt Deposit and Transfers I don't know how to fix your problem but I am curious to why you would deposit $1500, ship 8$ and then withdraw everything but $300... Also, playing a $50 MTT with a $1500 BR is not clever business. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:Hit nut str8 on turn river pairs the board now facing big bet wwyd? Because he said lol on the turn it makes me think he had a big hand on the flop, probably a set. When the A hits he probably figures you have the straight and calls to try to fill up. When he does he bets big because he puts you on the straight and thinks you will call the big bet. At least thats how I think it went. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:Tough "Life Decision", need some quick answers (LONG) Jennifears post seems like a good choice. If you go without telling your parents and they find out (whether it's from you or someone else) they're gonna think you are a total gambling addict for lying about going to play poker. If you tell them and they still say no and you go, at least your not lying about it. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:You fold QQ here? Sick spot I'm not tuned into the dynamics of the table but if I don't think they are abusing the bubble (or near bubble) I probably fold here. I'm by no means a "fold into the money" kind of player but to me it seems like if one of them doesn't have you beat, you probably have to fade two overs. Then again you don't have a big stack, but I think if I'm in this situation and I'm playing my A game I'm probably folding (unless reads tell me otherwise). Posted in: Poker Discussion |
