Re(1): Recommend a good CPA in Vegas area?
I know that Marissa Chien (co-author of Tax Help for Gamblers) is located in Henderson. Her bio at Las Vegas Advisor says she has 300 clients that include numerous gamblers and casino executives. I don't have any personal experience with her, but she posts occasionaly on the LVA forums and has always been friendly and helpful.

can't comment on the quality of CR but you may also want to check out Stox Poker. They have a good selection of cash vids and have just recently added Ed Miller and Robert Williamson III (PLO).

Re(1): Why no satellites on stars similar to those on FTP
The Stars T$ system is actually much better than the FTP tokens. While there are no "T$ sats", in the strictest sense, you can play any sat for any amount unregister and then use those T$ for any tourney (MTT or SnG of any denomination) you wish...not just a $26 tourney like at FTP. The flexibility and liquidity of the T$ make it a much better currency that FTP tokens.

Re(1): FPP's per hour.
There's a chart that some people at 2+2 put together at the beginning of the year for VPP per hand: You can find it here That may at least give you a starting place.

Re(3): Hand Reviewer
The author made this comment over at "Now, you may tell me "your web site is down". You're absolutly right. The friend hosting my site just moved in his new house and is out of internet connection. In a few days, when it's back online, i'll post a new comment to invite those who like the software to re-download it ( once for all )." give it a day or 3. it's a decent program for what you pay for it (nothing). He also mentions in thepokerbay post that he's adding the ability to replay stud games.

Re(1): Couple questions about a 45 turbo hand...
I've seen similar situations (to situation 1) come up with friends in the past week (although they were facing a raise and a reraise with the QQ's and in the BB) so this has been a topic of discussion for us. For calculating equity at a 9 person table I've been using this spreadsheet: Let's assume that everyone at the table is equally skilled (not at all close to reality, but just for the sake of argument and to see what we get). Let's also assume that the BB would fold to that raise (to help make the math a little easier). From there we can calculate the equity for ...

Re(1): Stars T$ question
You can use the T$ for any tourney that stars offers (MTT, DS, SnG's, sats, rebuys, etc). And yes to the second question, if you use 100 of it and then register for the Mill, it will take the 430 from your T$ account first and then from your $$ account second.

Re(1): FPP's and FTP's
get to silver. ok, now that that is out of the way, over at another forum they asked people to post their FPP accumulation rates. this is a copy of the NL chart they made: No Limit Hold'em full: 10 - .0317 50 - .242 100 - .445, .445, .45, .471 200 - .495, .567 400 - .63, .656 600 - .763 1000 - 1.00 No NL25 but the ~.035 sounds close to right. You just aren't going to see THAT many $8 pots at that level.
