UB Customer Care- Great Service (continuation of 8/24 post)
Hi All! Yesterday I posted how the customer care person I spoke to at Cereus/UB was extremely unhelpful and did not give me access to a supervisor when I requested one. i felt affronted by the lack of care given to a long standing customer such as myself. The issue was with regard to the 50 seat guar tickets I had in my account, after winning multiple entries and forgetting that the last one was in there. Excellent Customer Service by AP/UB (insert sarcasm)
I am holding on to the entry but I do not think I am wrong. A multi million dollar site should have a plan for customer who win multiple entries. Especially when they established a pattern of exchanging the second one and not the third one'> Where is the sense in that' I like UB, I have played there for over 10 years. Yet, I feel the customer service is worse and worse each time I have an issue.

I was already registered for the entry and it was the second one that I won. Given that, I should be allowed to get TDs. I could not unregister for tournament, or use the second entry for anything. I won a total of 3 entries- the first one they exchanged for TDs, this one they did not. It doesn't make sense. Its inconsistent and annoying. They don't lose anything by exchanging it for tds. I still have to spend on their site. Its just stupid.

The fact remains that there is a good chance that Randal has the best hand and he still has 33+ bbs if he loses the hand. And if he wins that hand, for the same reasons crf pushed, he becomes a huge force to be reckoned with, now having over 200k in chips. I agree chips are very valuable and even with those odds, there are some players who are tight obvious that are not pushing without aa or kk in that spot, and only to those players, i think you can fold jj. But for an experienced online player with much success, crf's range of re-pushing is wider.

I absolutely agree, there is no way that Randal can fold here. He is getting 2 to 1 plus he still has 100k and nearly chipleader if he loses.

I agree that there are a lot of factors here. But I wanted a title that would incite a discussion- and the thought of folding AK is a very original for many online players---- hence the title =)
