I know the whole Tony Parker hof debate can up before the semi's, for all the people that say no..... Tony is now one of only 22 players in NBA history to have won at least 3 titles, to have made at least 4 all-star teams, and to have been named all-league at least twice. Of the 22, only 3 are active (Parker, Bryant, Duncan). Of the 19 who are retired, all 18 who are eligible for the Hall of Fame have been enshrined (only Shaq, who isn't yet eligible, hasn't).

lol ok. from the replay you can see he atleast tweaked it. doesnt really matter tho its pretty classless to boo in that spot reguardless. plus memphis is one of the most physical teams in the league, they foul alot, and the fans yell bloody murder at the most obvious calls. kinda annoying

whats different this year is that pop trusts tiago to play significant minutes and to start along timmy against the grizz/lakers, last year he was hurt most of the season and pop didnt trust him in the playoffs. Last year the Grizz owned b/c the spurs had dejaun or antonio mcdyess trying to guard zbo, which was a total failure. The 2 times tiago/tim started together we ended up crushing the Lakers by 21 and 24. The addition of boris diaw will help also. They will have rudy gay this time around but kawhi and stephen jackson are both solid defenders. just some food for thought, will be ...

lol a bums, take a look at the numbers and see how balanced this team is. superleggera idk why you think the spurs are so old, most of the guys are young. duncan is averaging 19 and 11 per 36min this season which is compareable to 05, and hes the oldest player on the team. so the hole old stereotype isnt really valid this year. fwiw i do like the grizz this season and them or the clips wont be an easy out by any means but i dont think they are on the spurs level.

wow this comment makes my head hurt. this is the deepest spurs team since 05 and I think this team is deeper. only team in the league that goes 11 deep. parker, manu, tim, dejaun, danny green, kawhi, stephen jackson, splitter, gary neal, bonner, mills, boris diaw. nobody else gets as much production from this many guys. plus we got rid of rj which was a liability for 2.5years. you obv dont watch any games, or u would see the drastic talent improvement from last season and what an incredible coach pop is. looks like you are on your toes and leaning forward slightly. you may want to look up while you squat, find a spot on the upper wall near the ceiling and keep your eyes on that spot throughout. helps with form. wider stance too

Official 2012 OT Workout Crew Thread
yesterday i was doing low bar squats. i did a warmup at 185 and i felt a slight pop in my right back part of my shoulder, i didnt think much of it and went ahead with the 5x5 at 225 but obv didnt feel right so i stopped and finished up doing hack squats instead. I talked with a personal trainer at the gym and he said he cant do low bar squats because his shoulder isnt flexable enough. He did give me some shoulder stretches to try. does anyone else have this or a similar shoulder issue on squats' Im pretty sure I had correct form, ive been doing it fine for about 2 weeks now.

Little bro moving to Austin, TX -- help!
i dont live in austin but have alot of friends at UT and visit often. im guessing ur brother is in the 22-25 age range. if hes moving tmrw he prob already has a place lined up. if not guadalupe st is the main street that runs through downtown austin, basically theres apts all down this street, 90% UT kids 15th-30th streets. there is an area called the triangle at guadalupe and 41st thats very nice and has alot of shops/bars/restaurants around it. if he wants to meet people tell him to go to 6th street on thursday or friday nights, its packed with early 20s people and very cheap drink deals on ...

Official 2012 OT Workout Crew Thread
I play basketball about 3x a week after workouts. I normally take my post workout right after I workout and then I go play bball. I normally play for an hour up to 3hrs (5v5). Should I be taking something after I play bball also (protein etc)' Im trying to gain weight fwiw. I also eat a meal about 30min after basketball on those days.
