SantanaBandana• Level 26: 50,000-100,000, 30,000 ante Brian Rast ships a massive double. Hand #127 Brian Rast had the button. Minh Ly opened to 200,000 from first position, Brian Rast three-bet to 500,000 on the button, and Ly called. The flop came down , and Ly led for a cool million. Rast tanked, then moved all in for 3.68 million. Ly called. Ly: Rast: The turn was paint, but the missed Ly, and Rast remained ahead. Final Table Sweat Event #55 $50K buyin Player's Championship
Hand #125 Owais Ahmed held the button. Brian Rast got a walk in the big bling. Hand #126 Minh Ly held the button. Action folded to Brian Rast in the small blind and he raised to 200,000. Phil Hellmuth reraised to 450,000 from the big blind and said, "A lot of steam on this one, a lot of steam." Rast then studied and made the call. The flop came down and Rast led with a bet of 400,000. Hellmuth quickly called. The turn was the and Rast took his time before acting again, much different than the style Hellmuth is exhibiting. Rast then bet out 625,000 and Hellmuth stood up to make another ...

PLO from NL.. advice please
I've been playing PLO mtts at micro and low buy ins for 3 years. I have studied nsinger and scott clements videos and read a couple books. There are tons of gambling fish in this game. The overall quality of player is weak in my opinion. There are many regular players of course, that you will come to recognize . NLHE games over the last few years have so many better and more skilled players compared to PLO. So there is a ton of value in learning this game. For advice, position is huge. This is a post-flop game. With AA type hands it's ok to bloat the pot pre-flop with heads up or 3 handed ...

PLO8 hand: I really liked this flop at first...
I fold pre but would have put thalia on nut fl and telica on a set - most likely 3s cause jjxx and qqxx are unlikely starting hands and u have one of each but jja2 and qqa2 could be possible starting hands, I would think yur fl was no good - i think i fold the flop too but real close.

WSOP qualifier strategy, live tournament
I won a ME satty last spring. $350 buy in 44 players. First was main event ticket. 2nd was $3500. 3rd was $1700, 4th was $750. It was not a rebuy and only had about 9 or 10 solid players. The structure was really deep. 20 min blinds with blinds starting at 10/20 with a whopping 50,000 start stack. It took 14 hours so there was room to maneuver and my relative skill advantage helped alot. I played my big hands fast and when i became table chip leader i had scoped out who the scared money players were and the poor players and played lots of hands with them and played back at them. It's easy to ...
