Job Advice Needed
I have worked in sales and enjoy "control" of my paycheck, but retail hours/retail management typically frustrate me. Hell, I am frustrated by the fact it takes them a month to workout making me an offer when they are shorthanded by 3 employees already and I don't work for them yet. Most of my coworkers would be 18-23 yr old kids too. If the increase in pay wasn't substantial it wouldn't even be a choice. I worked as a temp for this company before, and my project was eliminated and the only notice I had was a call 15 mins after my shift on Friday to turn in my badge and not report to work on ...

Job Advice Needed
By opportunity, I mean that this employer employs between 200,000 and 400,000 people. Having worked for this organization, would be a leg up on others applying for the same job. It does seem that more companies show interest when you have been "trained in" by a fortune 100 company. I think income potential for job 1 is 45-55k+. But bullshit factor of duties, and working in retail with customers is an 8.5 of 10.

I am at a crossroad with a job decision and can't really decide so I need some outside influence. Job 1. Retail sales. Fulltime, benefits, Vacation, sick days, holiday pay etc. I dont need medical since the wife carries that. $10/hr plus commissions. I have 2 friends who have worked for this company at another location, but they say this location has more sales. Are you stuck in 2004' That shit doesn't exist anymore. The only options in today's market for high loan to value financing is VA loan, (must have been in the service), FHA (an upfront funding fee and monthly mortgage insurance), and USDA loans (rural and income restrictions) If you own another home and it doesn't have at least 20% equity, you must be ablt to debt ratio with both payments. Meaning you can't offset the old house payment with a renter. That rule was implemented because of the buy and bail folks.

I can't stop opening credit cards. anyone else having this problem???
Because the big bank is not efficent enough to process and settle the loan as fast as the little guys. It is amazing how satified with the level of inefficentcy they are. Typical turn time for a loan with the big 5 about 60-90 days start to finish if YOU are motivated. Middle guys can push it 10-14 days if they are good and volume is right, it could be less.

A person that creates a Corp starts a business, who then hires people to work creating tax payers (hopefully, those are american jobs) those workers pay taxes, then the corp needs cash so they get stock holders, they invest, and if the business makes money they get a profit on their investment and get taxed on those profits. Additionally, the products or services of said evil empire generates sales tax when sold.
