HBO Documentary Series: The Weight of the Nation
HBO deserves kudos for this. The only way we change this is through education, and television being our main mode of entertainment these days, it's the perfect medium. TV shows like the Biggest Loser are absolutely fascinating to me. Americans need to make smarter choices and understand what their poor choices cause, shows like this will only help as long as it doesn't get politicized like everything else.

lol so true sax. Page 485 will also direct you to some obscure bill from 1833 that says the opposite of what page 322 says. If anyone alive could ever read the totality of our new health care bill they'd die of boredom and confusion and would have read pages in the hundreds of thousands, it's crazy. lol to littleze too, that's also true.

OK I see the confusion on both our parts then. The first bill Obama signed was the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay act (which he signed 2 days after being sworn in after promising to post all bills 5 days before signing, so essentially the man's first act as POTUS was a lie to the american people). I thought the bill was for fair pay but apparently not because we need another one. The Civil Rights act of 64' was supposed to cover this too but I guess it didn't. Here in America if we pass laws that nobody follows we pass more laws requiring us to follow the old laws because that works better.

What can we do other than trying diplomatic channels, send in seal team 6 ' It's a messed up situation and I hope ther is a happy ending but the good doctor absolutely knew the risks he was taking. He's a true hero and I hope if nothing else, we take care of his family. Sorry LS but I disagree that our charity is keeping the terrorists out of power there and the administration seems to half agree'

oman I tried Mic Ultra, I really wanted to like it..... I dropped 30lbs in 2 months doing the Atkins last year (have successfully put it back on) so it works if you can hang with it, i just can't. I need to work it off, plain and simple, my life is too sedentary.
