Re(1): epassporte - Bank Of America problem I started looking into my last transaction to epassporte and found a "cash equivalent transaction fee" charged to my cc of 4%. Combine that with epassporte fee for a total of 9%. That's starting to look a little steep..... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): epassporte - Bank Of America problem Thanks. I called them and they said they were questioning it because it was coming from a foreign country. They flipped a switch somewhere and now it works. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

epassporte - Bank Of America problem About a week ago I set up an epassporte account using my Bank Of America Visa card. Everything went fine, I made a small deposit and was able to fund my stars account with it. I went back in today and I'm getting a message that the transactions was declined by the bank. Anyone else have this problem''' Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): Change IP address to another country??? It could work if you remote connect to a machine out of the country and connect to your poker site from the remote computer. But that's not very practical.... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(5): Safe Port Act to be Signed October 13th I think the ISPs will comply. If they go to isp's like BellSouth, or Comcast or whoever and tell them the law requires them to block poker site's IPs they will do it. Just like the banking industry will block DIRECT transactions to poker site or sites like Neteller. No doubt in my mind. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(3): Safe Port Act to be Signed October 13th Seems to me the biggest problem is ISP's blocking the poker sites. There will always be ways to get around funding your account, but I don't know how you can around the blocked ip addressess. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): Was this a stupid play?? Hey guys thanks for the feedback. My reasoning was I can't fold and donate the 36K that I really need. If I call there goes another 10% of my small stack and then what happens if he rasises or what happens after the flop. I felt like all my chips were going to end up in the pot anyway so way not push pre flop and maybe steal the blinds. Even if he calls I've got a chance of doubling up. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Was this a stupid play?? I've only played in a few tourneys and this was as far as I've gotten. Started out with around 600 players and there were 12 left when I made this play. I wanted to get to the last table but not with the smallest stack. So, what do you think' Paradise Poker Game #1580067754 - Tournament $40,000 R&A (NLH) - 10,000/20,000 No Limit Texas Hold'em - 2006/07/09-18:09:29.0 (CST) Table "$40,000 R&A 12" (MTT) -- Seat 7 is the button Seat 1: vegasbound60 (269,396 in chips) Seat 3: goofy4 (216,145 in chips) Seat 5: dlangtree1 (409,132 in chips) Seat 7: spuddy1943 (111,240 in chips) Seat ...
