What makes the two sites rivals' 2+2 makes no attempt to make any money off its website at all, it's just a discussion forum for poker, other things and the publications of 2+2. Any rivalry you seem to think exists only exists because people from both forums dislike the other forum, but the views there aren't shared by the people who actually own/operate the forums. That being said... I want 2+2 back. :(

I thought it was public knowledge for a while. Everyone knew timex was underaged too but it was okay just because it was timex's dad's name on the accounts, which is somewhat ridiculous but I guess expected. His dad's picture is still on the triple crown page.

Play much tighter preflop in the later levels. When you start pushbotting, do it at 8 bb's instead of 10+. Bet sizing should not be any different at all because your NL bets should almost never be overbets.

He's here in our house in vegas, he's a fucking sicko. Got 13th in the wsop event that Hellmuth won and was chipleader with 17 left. Watch for him from now on, because he's going to be a factor in every tournament he enters.

This is from July 30th, 2005. My very first tournament score. I didn'tstart playing tournaments seriously until a few months later, and itshows. People who think they are better than the math of the game, especially really early in an online tournament where there are 10+ $100+ buyin tournaments a day are making the game way too hard on themselves. When you keep passing up ridiculously +EV situations like this against someone who is playing optimally, you are playing exploitable. That's not smart poker. You can talk all you want about wanting to play the tournament situation and not the math of the game, but in a situation like this where you're going to be allin preflop it's simply not smart to do. You know what hands he's pushing ...
