Hand 1 - You gotta c-bet/fold to a raise. Sucks if u get flatted, but you're only losing to AQ, 66, 77, KQ, QJ (less likely), or Q10 type hands. Hand 2 - You can generally narrow his range to small pairs with the limp/call utg. Though it could be Ax, KQ, or even rare suited connector type hands. What are we losing to on the river' 66, 77, KQ, KJ maybe. I call, but its close.

Based on your read, and assuming he's not a regular...I lean toward fold. How often is he shoving worse than A10s, AJo, 55, maybe KQ' Edit...I didn't see your range in the op originally.
